I would say if you want to pull your enemy closer to you and do heat damage at the same time, go for it.  I'd say try it out.  By its stats, it's more about pulling people towards you and doing large amounts of damage than it is overheating someone (though it does heat damage).

If I were building a heat hugger, I'd hold on to it and see if it works for me.

But keep in mind I'm level 10/11 in the arena.

I would recommend using Workshop Unlimited to test it out versus other configurations.

the problems is my drone hit too low damage(below 100 dmg) but tonto can even hit higher dmg and drain more resits

I got quite some night eagles and had fused some already, but I don't need them.
