Im always out of epic items for transforming, Should I transform rare items or Craft guaranteed epics at my base. My base factory is currently at level 15, i dont know how much it cost to craft a guaranteed epic.

Im not a pro, but i dont really see mechs at rank 15-13 using that torso. And your Cooling and Energy Regen is kind of low, maybe it should be atleast Half of your Heat and Energy Capacity.
