When you get a notification, it shows up at the bottom of your screen as well. You can click that one and itll take you right there and mark the notification in question as read. 
 
They are, but they are read on opening the bar as not everyone will want to click all notifications. How many notifications are you getting that you cant keep track of which to click -> new tab? o.0
 
I set it to do that because double posting also means giving people double notification, bumps the topic above other ones and is generally highly annoying to everyone else.
 
I also set it to do that in some cases on discourse.

No idea what you're talking about here.. We haven't made a lounge forum yet and people are using clubs, which you can use the same way, just fine? o.0
 
And they do give notifications..

You really need to chill a bit, please try to remain calm. 
 
Quotes do show who is being quoted unless you override it, they do not show nested quotes unless you force it to manually because it would turn long discussions into massive posts of endlessly embedded posts. 
 
Pretty sure @CDR_Xavier was manually quoting to make sure the content was included.

These L-Ms should simply not exist.
I don't think dual modules are OP for what they do.

This can exist, but right now it is 20% lighter while offering 10% more than the engines. It should be nerfed.

One way for the energy to beat a phys is to sacrifice on eng stats, but as I said, but this then quickly allow them to drain themselves so it won't be viable
UNLESS one is willing to put together multiple (at least two) energy builds with one specialize in countering phys and heat and one used to fend off other energies, but that's unviable too

They could make it a range 3 - 6 nightfall after they buff the damage. Nobody really uses that. (poor stats)

We have the option to stick the useless header to the top of the screen.Can we also have the option to stick the notifications bar to the screen?You know;the one with ''Supermechs'' (also usable as a home button),your avatar (also a shortcut to your profile) and most importantly...The notifications icon??
Because you get a new notification or you want to jump to one that's older...When you are at the bottom of the thread and then off you go scrolling the whole thing up just to click that notification box.
It's so super annoying and I wanna die.It makes me not want to even bother reading my notifications and instead just close the thing and never use this forum again.Half of the time using this forum is wasted on just scrolling back to see your notifications;unironically!

I personally believe that this new Forum has more functions that allows for a community-like system. The other forum was simple and broad which let us see everything in one picture unlike this forum where each individual message feels like it's own page. It's harder to have a continuous discussion because the layout discourages it. I believe this is what the group was aiming for and hoping to transfer all spammable discussions into the discord server, leaving this site with only the discussions that matter. 
Though I don't dismiss the new functionality of this forum, I do dislike how complicated it is with all these buttons and little pockets and lines and etc. Either this will be solved with time and my getting used to, or it's just a bad design in general (which I don't believe is the case). 
Maybe a midpoint between the overly simple design of the previous forum and this one.
And on a more selfish and personal note... my 24k likes in the previous forum can't be changed into 24k reputation points😭😭😭😭

Let me say something but on short because you're not biased and you got the last lines right.Your calculations are a bit off.You can make an average between two parts;in this case,two halves of a chance.
Half means 50-50,so two parts.Frantic has 3 ''halves'',as the chance to hit higher than average is two times the lower hit chance > 66-33 (gorgon said 70-30 so yeah let's approximate).

That one is a good one. When I 1st watched it, I gave it a 10/10... That has been years since seen it.
Seen this one also. Seen the 2nd season that followed it.  I need to see the 3rd.  The 1st season, I gave it a 9/10, then the 2nd gave it a 7/10.
 
Seen this one also, then II actually bought this one on blu ray. for $5.99.  Gave it a 9/10.
 
I've seen all the Jojo, except this one.  Need to get on it.  They are a great series on anime.
 
Seen this one twice. Gave it a 10/10.  I love Mankanshoku, Mako. She made me laugh through the whole season.
 
This one just ended, and came out to be great. Gave it a 9/10

Most of your top 10, I have not seen.  I only seen SAO, DB, and jojo.  I know of them though.  One punch man is still on my list to watch.
