Well,first of all,I can't even play properly.The only thing that works on PC is the downloadable version,which shoves an ad down your gut after destroying every single other enemy.I get 3 ads per OD6 mission and around 6 per BigBoy mission,which makes farming practically IMPOSSIBLE.Okay?I'm SICK of the ads.Not to say it's laggy and (words).

Second of all,if the unbearability of the app isn't enough to deter me from ditching any interest in SM almost instantly ight down the drain,let's say I do somehow join and not leave after 30 seconds anymore.Then what of it?
I haven't received my Season Rewards for the past 3 WEEKS now.
And the Arena is,although definitely less cancer than before,still very obnoxious and painful to behold.So you just resume at 5 matches to not frustrate yourself due to the game's nonsense,reach a rank way lower than you really should since it's futile bothering for what you are up to and for what?And the next week,you try again.You play 100s of (word) matches,you BOIL your blood from inside your veins and eyes,you reach the rank you deserve after WAY too much struggle,for which no sane person would work so much or consider even slightly worth it,and for what?
For you to get missing Season Boxes.
And even if you do somehow fix this.HOW DO YOU MAKE IT UP TO ME?By giving me 5 Common-Epic epic cards?Like you've been giving me for years on end?

Third of all,because I would *PROBABLY* bear with the UNBEARABLE if I even knew if it was worth it.
And I'm talking about the forum.It isn't JUST the format,but the quantity,the sorting and also quality of the posts.
back then,on the PROPER forum,you could see the event's discussion of each day respectively along with many other threads and replies.And it was all at the top of the list;such ease and pleasure of browsing;no pages,no useless sections,no 1000% zoom-in and there were more than 2 replies fit on one screen.
Here,what do we have?
Barely a few dozens (if) of replies a day and no interest to bring in further discussions.Many sections so you have to look for what you wanna see,while it's probably inexistent (because again,noone bothers anymore) or maybe because it's in another section.Oh,too bad,there are no previews.
And then what page do you choose?And how much time to you waste scrolling for 3 replies not half as much as you scrolled for 20 on the other forum?
And if you find something,are you really going to bother replying with these...fonts,functionalities and formats?
Who knows,too much and...Oh no,you're not going to...
You're just going to close both things and do something else.

Half of these issues would be non-existent if Flash was still around,so I can't fully blame you.
Although I fully blame you for refusing to fix any of it so that browser gameplay wouldn't have been mandatory and instead equally as good as the downloaded ver.
Just my 2 cents;it's not like anybody cares about anything around here anymore so...do whatever you want with them.But I,for one,am sick.And yeah,you gotta face the truth,general interest,both in the game and especially in the forum,has and will gradually diminish.

It's a great idea and it's also about time we host another tourney,yet I doubt we can have it right in this period.You know...Xmas and holidays during which people may not join,TS having locked in events until January,when Gato team may be especially busy and so on.
Maybe after January or when the dev team feels free,that's when we could introduce our old little tradition to them 😃

Like a reply from X merged with the reply of Y (shows no names) who quoted A that also,in turn,quoted B,while the quitation box shows B's reply as being merged with C's reply just like it happened with X and Y's replies?
Or maybe a reply from X merged with a reply from Y that replied to himself or someone else through a quote,quoting Z's reply that has been merged with X's????

Ok Alex,I am sorry...I am done with this forum for now.This is too much.And I am so extremely sorry and sad that the proper forum that made sense closes down in a few hours,possibly.

Just as the title says...I don't know,but my Windows SM seems to have more than one problem.Logged in on the phone version and completely lost it.
There are so many issues in the game that makes just playing it a completely horrendous ordeal,not to say unworthy of any struggle.
So now it's not enough that my drop rates are zero,that I wasted money in this game for epic fodder,that I run on an unplayable game that's unbalanced nonetheless,that has such horrible events and often microtransactions,with useless and boring features such as the Titan,that none of the frustration gathered by playing in an unbalanced arena on a broken client is compensated by any volume of Season Rewards,since they're SO BAD,as in only epic fodder.
 
NOW I CAN'T EVEN HAVE MY EPIC FODDER??
I AM SICK.

Doesn't sound like you think it's the best thing to ever happen to energy mechs either buddy.

I can understand that, but also I must point out that those who own an item are probably less likely to be objective when they vote "yes" to buff it, because it benefits them.  And people are less likely to go vote for something they don't own not to be buffed because, in their minds, it doesn't concern them because they don't have one.  So this vote is, I wager, highly skewed from the start.
I don't agree with "is realistic given the recent swoop buff."  That was an over-buff.  If something immediately becomes META, rather than an option in META, it's an over-buff.
What I feel is not realistic is that these two, Windforge and Swoop, are already the lightest.  Is it really logical that the lightest drones end up being also the best?  That's just not logical.  See for instance how Tonto has a higher output than Greedy, but also has twice the weight.  Weight should follow damage and drain, in my opinion.  So right now the heat drones are out of whack, in my opinion, because Swoop is OP for how light it is.  (Yes, over-powered.)
Again, I think the problem with energy is much deeper than just one drone.  I love energy: it was the first mech I made, the first mech I purchased in the store, and is still mech #1 in my line-up.  And it's my avatar on here and on discord.
But at the same time I believe what's wrong with energy is more systemic.  Weapons that do less resistance or less energy damage than their heat or physical counterparts.  Lots of weapons that are energy-free.  That's really what's wrong with energy, in my opinion.  Buffing Windforge wouldn't really help as much as a LOT of other things.
If anything, in my opinion, just taking the energy vs heat weapons that look identical side by side (like Ultra Bright versus Dawn Blaze, etc.) and buff energy to match the heat damage (but with energy damage obviously) and the resistance of the weapons back and forth.
Then re-evaluate how many energy-free weapons this game should have.  With all due respect, if heat and physical can make very OP META builds that are completely energy-free, the problem is bigger than just whether Windforge does enough energy drain.  The problem is the game itself has been rigged against energy.
And for instance, for the longest time we didn't have a top 10 arena player that was energy.  We did for a while (dual valiant if I remember correctly) but now we don't, again.  That's a good indication that energy is not equal when physical and heat vastly outnumber it.  Also, when people are tempted to run 3 heat or 3 physical, totally excluding energy.
So whether the masses vote to buff Windforge or not, again, I think that would be a bandaid solution.  Unless we're going to make all the greedy-looking drones (windforge, greedy, and swoop) nearly equal in output to make the game symmetrical.
I think making things symmetrical would be the actual fix for energy.  Now that Swoop has been over-buffed, we basically "owe it" to Greedy and Windforge to make them about equal.  And the cycle repeats itself.
I think I'm going to have to get a day to spend an hour and really think about this problem, as it's way bigger than just Windforge.
So vote however you want.  I'm not against buffing Windforge now that Swoop is over-buffed: it's either reverse the Swoop buff or buff the other two.  Your choice.  But I would appreciate it if people stop asking like simply buffing Windforge is going to reverse a systemic problem in this game that began long before Swoop got buffed.  I don't know how long ago, since I'm not a long-term player, but it's been longer than just the last 5 months I've been playing, that's for sure.

Personally as a heavy windforge user its nice to see this sort of thread to revive it. 
The original focus of this weapon to me was heavy energy damage and resistance drain. Therefore I would propose a reasonable energy increase and an increase to the resistance drain. 
+61 although it seems high is realistic given the recent swoop buff. Perhaps even higher would not be a bad thing.  Increasing the resistance drain from 5 to 10 would be a nice way of digging away at those that have a large amount of resistance.  Lastly to allow these large buffs I think increasing the energy cost from 31 to 41 ish would be fair. This would only impact energy vs energy battles and would help ensure the yoyo effect is lowered slightly. yoyo effect: a mech that has 69 energy currently can do 721 energy damage. It can make energy very luck/who goes first rather than skill and positioning.

Nope, I'm entitled to my opinion of what I think is his best course of action. He's allowed to act how he wants, but I view that continuing to complain about the same problems with suggesting solutions is a waste of his time. 

When, for the past year, I continue to read pages like this from Lake about his distrust and displeasure for the game and it's developers, I wonder if it's best for him to simply walk away. I have come to that conclusion, especially after reading that he is "sick" of how "unbearable" the play experience has become for him (those are his words by the way). Genuinely sounds like he isn't enjoying his time spent playing SuperMechs. There is no shame or dishonor in simply finding a new game lol

Must you always attempt to manipulate my words into things that they are not? Not once did I claim that I was "thinking" for him, I was stating what I think he should do - find a new game. There are thousands of different games he could play offering different adventures with levels of complexity and strategic thinking. Barely a few dozens (if) of replies a day and no interest to bring in further discussions.Many sections so you have to look for what you wanna see,while it's probably inexistent (because again,noone bothers anymore) or maybe because it's in another section.Oh,too bad,there are no previews.
And then what page do you choose?And how much time to you waste scrolling for 3 replies not half as much as you scrolled for 20 on the other forum?
And if you find something,are you really going to bother replying with these...fonts,functionalities and formats?
Who knows,too much and...Oh no,you're not going to...

Half of these issues would be non-existent if Flash was still around,so I can't fully blame you.
Although I fully blame you for refusing to fix any of it so that browser gameplay wouldn't have been mandatory and instead equally as good as the downloaded ver.
Just my 2 cents;it's not like anybody cares about anything around here anymore so...do whatever you want with them.But I,for one,am sick.And yeah,you gotta face the truth,general interest,both in the game and especially in the forum,has and will gradually diminish.
