    Yes, and I said so, because I wanted to start there.  I'm rank 9 and wanted input of higher ranked players so that I could see if the proposal was good or not.  So you're just basically repeating what I said in the first post.
    But so far one of my testers said we need to raise regen damage to 90.  I'll attempt to test this later.

    This thread is a copy paste of a reply I made back on the old forum, on a thread about helping SuperMechs improve. You can find the original post here, at least until the old forum dies. I've gone back through the post and believe all the ideas have stood the test of time, so I'm reposting it here. Thanks in advance for reading.

    In my opinion, one of the best ways to improve the player experience while increasing retention and revenue is to greatly increase the reward for top clans and players. Below I’ll elaborate a list of changes that will provide incentive for everyone to keep playing and paying. First off and most importantly, provide the top 6 clans with rewards instead of the top 3. It’s always baffled me that the top 6 clans get recognized in game but only the top 3 get rewarded. Increased reward range to top 6 offer huge incentive for a wide variety of clans (which encapsulate a larger margin of the p2w playerbase) to play and spend more to get better at the game.

    Top 3 clan rewards changed to the following:
    1st - 3 Epic Power kits and 5 Premium boxes ( + Gold Clan Medal) 2nd - 3 Epic Power kits and 4 Premium boxes ( + Silver Clan Medal) 3rd - 3 Epic Power kits and 3 Premium boxes ( + Bronze Clan Medal) 4th, 5th, and 6th placed clan rewards get added as follows:
    4th - 2 Epic Power kits and 2 Premium boxes 5th - 2 Epic Power kits and 1 Premium box 6th - 1 Epic Power kit and 1 Premium box This offers at least some incentive for lower ranked clans to grind their way up and have a chance at some rewards, as opposed to getting top 6 for nothing. I’d also like to see increased rewards for the top 3 players, as the gold rewards seem a little low given how much gold it actually takes to upgrade items. Top 10 players rewards are also added as follows.

    Top 3 player rewards changed to the following:
    1st - 5,000,000 Gold ( + Gold Solo Medal) 2nd - 2,500,000 Gold ( + Silver Solo Medal) 3rd - 1,500,000 Gold ( + Bronze Solo Medal) 4th through 10th player rewards get added as follows:
    4th and 5th - 1,000,000 Gold 6th through 10th - 500,000 Gold It’s really that simple. I’ve come across a lot of players who are in this position of ‘good, but not great’ and have diminishing incentive to play the game. It’s somewhat depressing watching their efforts go to waste without any reward, and no chance to break into the top 3 clans/players. You don’t even have to increase the drop rates for these rewards to provide a huge incentive, although I’m sure we’d all appreciate it if a ‘% chance of a L-M item not currently in inventory’ feature was added. Just my 2 cents.

    Even the game tried to stop you from buying it 😂
    Save your tokens for the premium pack, which is basically 5x premium boxes and will save you 40 tokens

    Events are a fair bit of work but it used to be a part time job for a guy who made them about 6 months upfront. Honestly the majority of it lies in research for us - we can't just 1-2-3 change everything because the current event standards are actually not just random but based on extensive market research etc. 
    Main issue right now is honestly that we couldn't simply inherit skilled staff (SM was in maintenance mode when we bought it - they had other jobs already), so we've to figure everything out from scratch and hire as well, so a lot of "we" ends up being "me" trying to juggle maintenance previously done by 4 (3 of which part time, thankfully) people in addition to actual changes that haven't been done in years! 
    I am in the hiring process for some staff but having some difficulty choosing! Life sucks sometimes. 😛 On the community side specifically, as that's something I really _really_ don't have time for and it's starting to show >.> 
    Basically as I start understanding and fixing some backlaying stuff everything (including hiring - hiring people who have to learn everything on their own is ... difficult!) should become much much much easier. 
    E.g. we have to get backups in a much better place, there's a serious risk of losing months of data and having a week of downtime or more if disaster strikes and that's just totally not acceptable for a game like this. I'd like to automate infrastructure so it recovers nicely etc (have you noticed? I already did a fair bit of work on that, though the biggest steps are yet to come!), with this i'd like to make a proper pipeline of SM Dev -> SM RC (semi-public beta) -> SM Live so updates get less risky (there's a pipeline of sorts now, but it honestly has some crucial issues, including that the only real test version doesn't run the game the same way as the live version....). We can streamline support by probably up to 90% by offering simple instructions to disable your own base and reach forget password and making clear what we can/cant help with... There's so much we've planned that will make SM more reliable in the long run or free more of our time for stuff more beneficial to the players.... 
    Events are part of that - once we've a bit of experience we can probably automate parts (does a human REALLY need to decide what days you get some random bonus? :P), assuming the small parts actually are fun and make sense, and free up time for actual humans planning larger scaled, more interesting events that don't feel like generic drivel. 
    Right now the goal of the upcoming event schedule is just for us to duke out what does/doesn't work and play around a bit. Top priority right now is picking up the pieces Tacticsoft couldn't work on as they had a huge need to show results quickly (which we really don't, we're fine spending a few months making the next 5 years easier). But once we've some experience, as with all things, it'll get better 😃

    The past months ,several players have been deceiving the community by winning solo medals and reaching high ranking by boosting themselves using alt accounts or having others boost them. As a result, individual medals are losing their value and players become demotivated, competition is being destroyed. I believe the only possible way to deal with this is to make all Replays visible, including instant quit Replays so that the players who boost will be exposed at least. In that way they will probably stop boosting since the community will acknowledge that those players are ethically cheating. Please spend a few minutes/ seconds on the poll, your opinion matters a lot and can determine whether boosting will be prevented, and how soon this will be. The sooner, the better.
    I believe that since it has been several months already that competition is being harmed and most solo weekly wins are a lie, its high time action was taken, **as soon as possible** , so that the game will become a little better. The more making the game better by fixing any competition issues is delayed, the more pointless fixing it in the future becomes since more and more damage is being caused, damage that can not be eraised.

    I don't think we need to make more weapons energy free. Weapon does feel like it hits a little short these days though. Perhaps some more resistance damage and a touch more energy damage.

    Base is despised by most players, new ones follow the trend and try to remove it as soon as possible. How to make people want to use the base? I suggest the next buffs:
    Cut building time to half  Reduce cards crafting time to half Reduce cards crafing cost to half Double gold mines max capacity/production per hour Add a token mine (max 2), i propose the next stats: At lvl 1 it will produce 1 token each 20 hours, with a max of 1 token stored At lvl 20 it will produce 1 token each hour, with a max of 20 tokens stored

    I am actually not trying to get high number I mean I got that while spending (I didn't miss any fortress and buy at least 1 offer/month) 
    So also if I calculate it it would be more than 15k
    Without campaign I get 700/week
    From ads. Raid. Portals. daily missions and special quests
    The most important is the ads it can give you 60 tokens per day

    Today it happened.  I used clan kin to get premium, then destroyed 2V2 campaign in hard mode, then 3V3 in normal mode for the first time.

    But then it didn't happen:

    I already had two: where are my new 3?  @Alexander please help me?
