Finally reached rank 1 again after coming back to the game. 1v1 season is counter hell, luckily the dual mods I got recently combined with an energy free heat lead me to easily defeating any energy mech, counter or not. Heat and Phys were 50/50, even managed to defeat a couple of counters so all in all it was worth it.

I'd say top 5 is pretty good. Especially if your build warrants extra mobility and you've got the spare weight.

I only say bad for me cause I run a jump weapon on every mech usually unless it’s a claw

Yeah, it's usually one or the other. Roller legs are good for burning shower users for example.

Oh, and I got a shiny "Corner-ction Blast" from an OD-6 Normal fortune box today. An odd mission for it to come from, but a hugger-only stage of 3 heat enemies is still a place for it to come from, regardless.

Yes. 

But Falcon and Cockpit Piercer don't want to use it. 

So, I did the most responsible thing imaginable by making a build that's perfect for making the enemies of Overlord's Den 6 regret their career choice. 

 

 

Against the will of everything involved, of course. Not sure who's suffering more in this scenario but I guess that'll be revealed in due time.
