I think best way to do this with as little bias as possible is to watch SM pack opening compilations. However, note that all those drop rates will be higher than present due to new items being introduced

Some people have expressed interest in knowing what the premium pack legendary rate is.
So this is a scientific project (or attempt at one).  Post ALL your premium pack openings here.  You cannot exclude any: you must include them all (i.e. someone opens 2 in the day, one is all epic, posting just that one and not the other one, etc.)
To keep this scientific (i.e. the results are helpful), you must:
Only post your own premium pack results (nothing from the past, nothing from Google images, etc). Not include premium pack openings from any day where the deal has something to do with an increased drop rate. Not alter any image. Must be on or after 3/24/2021 (i.e. today and the future, not the past). If we can do this, and be very strictly scientific about it, we can probably come up with some useful data on the drop rates.
So please only reply with a screenshot of the results of a premium pack open, and only after today (3/24/2021).
    I'll start us off.

Why is this in questions? So people can upvote and downvote fan art and fan art ideas.
Post fanart here if you want it judged and that's pretty much it.

Naga is better if you want to make it to at least rank 9 :)
Grim Reaper really isn't good, upgrade all heat mods to max legendary.
Naga v Grim Reaper: 6 KG difference, Reaper is lighter. About 300 HP difference, Naga has 1,200. 90 Energy advantage to Reaper, only a 9 regen advantage to Reaper. Naga wins in cooling  though. Oh, and Naga wins in resistance.
    Choice to me is Naga.

You could upgrade your heat mods? Maybe that’s why you have low heat

Naveedgood reacted to SawzAll in Spartan Carnage vs Frantic Brute, Scientific: 40 tests in WU
I would like to start off by thanks Vassago from the discord.  He ran 40 tests on a dual frantic brute versus a dual spartan carnage mech and came up with the results.
SHORT STORY: Dual Spartan Carnage wins 29 out of 40 matches in WU (72% roughly) against Dual Frantic Brute.
LONG STORY: In WU, two identical mechs were created, each with either dual Frantic or dual Spartan.  In these 40 matches, Vassago made sure they both started out with two shots by moving the mechs around and/or shutting down.  Below are the configurations he used.

    ANALYSIS:
First, this probably means that my constant complaint about Frantic Brute not being weaker than Spartan Carnage may be wrong.  Maybe Spartan Carnage is actually premium.  However,
Second, this means it may be the effects of RNG + additional shots.  Frantic Brute's average damage is 360 versus Spartan Carnage's 323 (without arena buffs).  But it also may reflect the fact that the amount of variance in Frantic (310 range of damage at divine) is inferior to Spartan Carnage's 170 damage range.  Meaning RNG has less of a powerful effect on Spartan Carnage's damage output, but a much stronger effect on Frantic Brute's damage output.
Third, however, if I might theorize, if people are hacking SM using tools intended to increase the damage output by injecting higher random numbers into the game artificially, that Frantic Brute is the preferred weapon of the hacker, as you stand to gain more by injecting random number hacks with Frantic.  I'm not suggesting that people hack, or saying that this is possible, just that my unscientific opinion is that your hackers are more likely to be wielding dual frantics, if they're performing RNG hacks.
Finally, because this is a test in WU, i.e. an artificial sandbox, it's not possible to assume fights like this would go the same way in SuperMechs.  But it's about as close as we're going to get without literally building two identical divine mechs in SM and then fighting them with two accounts.  (But if you're interested in doing that, please contact me.)
    CONCLUSION:
I'd like to thank Vassago for the raw output of his tests.  I've been really busy with school, and he helped me quite a bit.
If you'd like to help me test various things in WU, contact me please.

Actually @SawzAll... you insult people all the time. Every time you disagree with something, you don't miss the opportunity to put others down by calling them self-centered, selfish or whatever. For you the only good person is Alexander and his acolytes. Get off the cloud and stop seeing others as inferior to you, that you also don't show a very bright mind

Heat bombs and EMP are fine as they are. We have the new heat and energy bombs as premium. No need nerf or buff. They work as should.

Dual Vandal + Heat bomb toss in a hammer or some other -Heat/-Cooling..   Toasty!
Just have to be aware of ranges, like keeping in range 3 and cooling. So often people dont adjust their tactics and just go balls out with guns and end up perma shutdown.

If you don't know when to cool down or have decent heat stats that's your fault, and you don't even need premium modules. Heat bomb is a pretty balanced weapon. It's mostly used to steal turns or primarily as a boiler weapon. The cost is also a lot, and it does very low damage.

You can't call people a "scrub" when you've probably done the same thing as them, asking for something to be nerfed doesn't mean you're bad, people just have a lower tier weapons and they might even be better than rank 1 players in strategy but have worse stuff, unless you battle them while they use a max mythed mech you'll never know. Low ranks will always be easy to get out of if you have good weapons same with mid ranks, at higher ranks though you need to be smarter about your builds, getting there is hard but staying there is harder.
  23. Thanks
Naveedgood reacted to Spam in The problem with Heat Bombs
No, it doesn't as on the old forum everyone wanted emp nerfed and buffing it would make a lot of people mad.

Heat Bombs are annoying, yes, but that doesn't make them a problem. Heat Bombs are mainly used to stun an opponent to allow the user to attack but that opening is dependent on two things:

Can the target cool the heat damage in a single cooldown?
    And...
Can the user cool the heat cost in a single cooldown in order to be able to attack again in one turn?
If the target is capable of cooling down in one point or if the user shuts themselves down due to the heat cost overloading their cooling, the Heat Bomb's use was barely worth it since the target only lost a single action point rather than a turn or a set of turns.
The whole point of Heat Bomb is to cripple the target but that's it. It can't do it twice since it's only 1-use, meaning that the user has to hold off on using the Heat Bomb until the right moment to avoid wasting the shot and allowing the target to avoid a shutdown.
My suggestion to avoiding Heat Bomb shots is to:

Force the Heat Bomb user into a constant state where they're always on the brink of overheating, which makes them hold off on using their shot unless they want to risk a shutdown due to their own heat overloading them (heat-specific).
Constantly force them out of 2-4 range and attack with 3-6 and/or 4-8 range weapons as Heat Bombs are 2-4 (excluding Overheated Heat Bomb, which is 3-6 and costs backfire). Range controlling keeps them from using the Heat Bomb and forces them to move into 2-4 if they want to use it, making them spend a point in the process.
    Or...
Energy break them to disable their energy-dependent boiler weapons to keep them from adding onto your heat levels after the bomb shot to give you time to recover (Energy-specific; only works with Corrupt Light/Flaminator/Savagery builds).
Apologies for the long post but I just needed to explain a bit about how Heat Bomb is not an overpowered weapon.. I mean, seriously? It costs as much heat as it deals to your target, so you're not getting out of using it unscathed if you don't have the heat stats to withstand the shot's heat cost.

Yes. Heat Bomb has a problem: in Arena it is useless. It´s only useful for RAID.
Heat Bom should have 50% more Heat Damage to be useful. And add double the explosive damage to it.
