I'm not against listing it. In fact I think it'll be the best to create a thread somewhere dedicated to weapon's average damage (per use).
Even though frantic have the highest average dmg, it also have the lowest uses -- only two. Therefore the average lifetime dmg is 720. Spartan (and others) hit 3x, so its lifetime dmg is 900 and upward.
So if your mech is very beefy (e.g. 3K health and upwards), (even dual) frantic might end up with a good section while spartan (especially DUAL spartan) will be able to chunk a larger section.
Less beefy mechs, which is the norm, might as well get torn apart by the initial onslaught. A 2K health mech will be decimated because 2 * 720 is 1440. plus two drone hits of 250 (why not, backfiring phys drones that hit like truck is the new norm)

If frantic appears on any of the mech in campaign (a.k.a cannon fodder) (i don't think so), I'll immediately go uninstall. Don't make this happen.

As a top player
I've came up with lots of different unique builds through years and years of playing.
If you ask me what's my most iconic build all time.
I'll put this build here:
It's not only a strong and unique energy build, but represented myself, and my characteristics.
It's not only an energy drainer, but also a damage dealer. When you face it, you only got two ends - being drained by vailants and upc, or get destroyed by bunkers. Escaping from it is not a thing here, no matter how far you go, you have no chance to get out of the death range. Don't ever think that you can ever found a blind spot, you will only have one end - turn to ashes.
This build brought me 9 solo medals on 1v1 seasons, before the unbalanced combined modules came out, almost nothing could beat it - It started a new era.
Not everyone could drive it, some people copied It from me, ended with bad results because of their poor skills. Successes came only when a legendary pilot met a legendary build.
Unfortunately, It had huge trouble to beat meta energy free physicals, even with new modules' help.
But most importantly, It will remain forever in my heart.

1st mech: Energy mech with dual valiant, I used to use sparked runners and emp, but I decided that having more health as well as a hammer allow me to fight better against huggers. And that is a piercing fox hidden by that hammer.
2nd mech: Classic old meta dual spartan build. Not much to say really.
3rd mech will most likely be a dual deso.

I would recommend that if removal is what is decided upon, that everyone be given a Spartan Carnage of the same level for their troubles, i.e. a literal mass replacement item per item in everyone's inventory. That way dual frantic physical metas have a very equivalent meta: dual spartan.
But alas I am a newbie. So what does everyone think? If removal is the action, would that be fair?

I recently got distance shredder, so I was thinking of making a energy free physical build. I don't have rock polisher, or damaged armor annihilator. The modules on this build are the only modules available, except for the heat modules.

My luck with premium packs hasn't been that bad to be honest.
Also, if you give one legendary per pack I think the packs need to be more expensive to compensate for it.
As of now a pack has about 20% chance (for me atleast) to be a full epic, and I don't mind it at all. It's just another day of drops. Just get used to not getting something good out of every box.
You also don't win atleast $100 in the lottery every time you enter it, sometimes you will get nothing good 🙂

I wouldn't mind forking out another 50 or 100 tokens for a guaranteed legendary. We can save the gambling for the base.

Personally, I've had horrible luck with packs
Increasing the general drop rates would be better, but I think 1 legendary per pack should be minimum

The Valliant Sniper is probably one of the most powerful energy weapons in the game however I fear it actually does its job too well leading to players stacking too much energy to play against it or avoiding energy mechs completely.
I would like to propose that the valiant sniper has its energy damage nerfed and regeneration damage increased. This would result in delaying the 0 energy hit making it more viable to play against the valiant without making the valiant too weak.
Nerf Energy damage 240 -> 210 Buff Regeneration damage 13 -> 25 Buff electrical damage 160 - 232 -> 220 - 320

Damage Needs a nerf.
Huge nerf.
Frantic is usless on 3-1rank, but in 12-8rank this item is too OP. I'll say, it didn't needs any "revork", it just needs the less damage, and more energy cost.
