Should a premium pack be given a guaranteed 1 legend chance?

My luck with premium packs hasn't been that bad to be honest.

Also, if you give one legendary per pack I think the packs need to be more expensive to compensate for it.
As of now a pack has about 20% chance (for me atleast) to be a full epic, and I don't mind it at all. It's just another day of drops. Just get used to not getting something good out of every box. 

You also don't win atleast $100 in the lottery every time you enter it, sometimes you will get nothing good

I wouldn't mind forking out another 50 or 100 tokens for a guaranteed legendary. We can save the gambling for the base.

Personally, I've had horrible luck with packs

 

Increasing the general drop rates would be better, but I think 1 legendary per pack should be minimum

I agree. 1 Guaranted legendary, then low chances for more legendaries.
