I had been thinking about whether I should do it (legendary zark visible on the sideline). But having a level 34 legendary hanging around isn't good -- I'd have to fuse it to zark (to reuse the power on spent on it) and you don't fuse legendaries unless there's a damn good purpose.
So ... just top it up and myth it. I guess.



Now I have three myth torsos. Time to max out weapons instead

Firstly, no. You should not use that torso for your aforementioned builds - stick with Zarkares. 
However, that does not give you the "go signal" to food it. The Energy Free Armor is one of the top tier torsos in this game at the moment, right after the Monkeys. So please, keep it and DO NOT FOOD IT. 
It is very lightweight, has really good HP, and all-round resistance. The catch is though, is it literally doesn't have any energy. The best way to make use of this is running energy free heat mechs (i.e. Magma Blasts with Burning Showers). That's its only downside, very particular builds. 
Although if you want, you could run a Dual Desolation mech - F2P friendliest build you could do. 
I'll leave you these two useful tips: Don't food it and don't put energy modules on it.

Sawz, did you read Gorgon's suggestions, if you agree with those, you don't need to make all these topics, also like gorgon said, if you buff one of these torsos, you need to buff all the old torsos (avenger, zarkares, naga, windigo, brutality, etc)

It's one of the best l-m torsos, you should most definitely keep it.
It might occur to you that you get other usefull energy free items later on ingame.

My first platinum plating. I was so excited I forgot to take a picture, so here's how far I've upgraded it just today. It went in my physical mech because that one doesn't have a monkey torso yet....

I am proposing an alternative, and I think his proposal of 220 hp across the board to all those torsos isn't good.  It fails to take into account that some of those older torsos are already pretty sucky, and would need more HP to make them worth using, versus others are already pretty good and would only need a gentle nudge.
My figures are based on running statistical numbers to guess at what point they would be worth using versus a monkey torso.  I can provide the equation if desired.
EDIT: Also, if you want I can provide numbers for all the torsos in one new thread....

I flex maxing out my 40th mythical which also happens to be my 4rth platinum plate.

As of right now, that is my current main build.
 
The reason why I built it like that was due to a suggestion that a close friend gave to me about a rank 7-worthy damage build made of heat weapons and items... But due to the amount of time that's passed, the build sort of just evolved alongside my clanmates and I. While it still has yet to reach its peak, it's come far enough to be almost a part of who I am -- an imperfect and reckless hothead that has some strategy planned behind their pokerface. But hey, that adds more character to the build, right?
But anyways, I guess my build's also been one of the things that has kept me from leaving since the first time that I tried to leave the game. For that, I give kudos to the strange damage build of a mech for making me get emotionally attached and all that.
