Good energy builds

Do any of you guys know any good energy builds? Try not to use too many premium items, and use supermechs workshop please.

if you want to make an energy mech, maybe is best for you to show your arsenal and players might help you out with what you have. Also, there are different types of energy mechs depending for what rank will end up playing.

Can you rate this build 1 to 10, for rank 15 to 10 (sorry it's blurry)

Not a very nice design but I think this should work at rank 12
and maybe you can get lucky with some rank 11 mechs
still need some better modules to make it better
(Change vest to monkey if u want more HP)
