or instead of this "rich get richer" idea, why not give every clan a premium box per week regardless of their finishing place and have just power kits as the distinguishing factor between the placements?
ex. top 10 gets a max legendary power kit, 11-50 a level 20 legendary power kit, 51-100 a level 1 power kit, 101-250 a level 15 epic kit, 251-1000 a level 1 epic kit, etc etc

What?? This has to be a joke....
We have a major problem for a "top player" who was benefited with a private agreement to divinized his main account and his alts and you want to improve the rewards to the "tops" ... please!
Do you really think this encourages the game and is good marketing? This only increases the rift between the elite and everyone else. It´s a way of eternalizing them always on the first positions. With this method of giving the best rewards to the top is that Lyll managed to be for years on the first place. Do you really want to go back to that?
Do you think that only paying players keep the game? Those who keep the game are the f2p who peel their asses watching ads, which is a constant inflow of money. The payer is there today and tomorrow is unknown.
On the contrary, what needs to be done is to improve the rewards of low ranks, so that the f2p player and the noob dont leave the game and so that the p2w has an incentive not to rest on its laurels.

Jesus Christ it's been forever since I've been active, but since I'm back I guess I'll go back to posting upgrading random stuff.

Imagine upgrading actually good or viable items in the meta.

I think it was a test that Tacticsoft made a while ago, with the intention of implementing it for everyone. In the end it wasnt implemented, but neither did they eliminate the characteristic to the few who had it.
Either way, you have to see what "extra chance" means. Because if the extra chance is like hot sale days, then most likely you will only get epic legs.

In general it is either too op or too weak. If you make 90, its still weak to top rank energy but viable against other elements (mainly phys cuz eng free heat couldn't care less). If you make it 50, it is insignificant at top ranks and too strong at lower.

Well, as long as "if it is maxed and it have less hp than a maxed iron plating" then it's all good
Although if using this to "save weight" instead of iron plate might cause some other unwanted difficulties
It could be like a "f2p plat plate" but it's half as effective (because slots)

Sad news, my body SHABBA left the clan till he can fix the internet connection issue.
As a great leader has been he let us know he does not want to be a load to the clan not been able to help and entrusting the leadership to another cool guy 😎 👍 Scorpion.  
For me it is a bit sad moment because he is the reason of me been in the clan on first place and been buddies in the chat from starting the game with my niece. 
We are hopping the internet connectivity back in his country c a n be resolved and re-integrate him to the clan but  in mean time there is an spot in the clan. 
If someone it is interested to join us as permanent member let us know. The rule above still in place. Adding that we always do war, collect titan ticket, fight 7 star titan without missing them. 
We are really active in wins and we always reach those goals with clan freedom to do what we can do helping each other. We are a cool 😎 clan but of course we check🤫  members are doing their job 👀.

A while means don't join for 2 days or a week, stay around a month or something, see how the clan works out for you, and if you think it's not up to your standards, or you have a better place, just write that you will leave, don't just leave without telling anyone. Yes, but energy and heat are different, same reason it is possible to run a build with 70 regen and 800 cap. Because you do not miss a turn and you do not have to waste action points if you get broken. Energy is about quickly depleting the energy supply, not destroying the regen, you do not have time for that.

First mech, weak range 2, and way too weak to eng. All your mechs are too weak to energy, first step is max the modules (level 40 legendary), then try to get 500 or 600 energy capacity, and around 200 regeneration. For heat aim for 250 cooling and 400 capacity with max legendary modules. Your third mech should use night eagle instead of reckless beam.
Ur second mech is also weak to range 2, consider putting in a last words or recoiler.

You have been ignoring em from the beginning. You have not provided any answer to my stats, I did not tell you to shut up, I gave you a choice, you can either prove me wrong, as in prove that this item would work, or I do not believe it necessary to spam this topic with comments about how I am not a fortune teller, when I have made my point and my meaning when I say it won't work abundantly clear. Remember, until you disprove me, I can make any claim, if I back it with evidence.

In my opinion, it will not work, because it is either too strong at lower ranks, and decent at top, or decent at bottom, and useless at top.
On a final note; although I may have been more direct, your entitled attitude was extremely rude and frustrating.
Even more final note: I want this item to be created very badly, I just don't want it to ruin the game

Just got lucky to get one of the meta items in an offer today 🙂.  So in a premium box, based on your large sample size, L = 20%, E = 80%.  Here's my next question -- let's say there is a "hot" offer next to a premium box which happens every now and again with an increased drop rate for an item.  Do you know what the drop rate is for that item?  Is it still L = 20% and E = 80%, but the new item is 50% if you get an L?  Hoping your large sample size can shed light on the percentages.

Oh and btw, you told me to tell you how to make it work, I did, it got ignored, just because you like the item doesn't mean everyone will, and quite frankly, I love this item, it is just not good, or too good, you cannot balance it. SO before making another request and correcting me, how about you do this: read carefully through my post, explain where you think I made a mistake, go over my proposition, and then you cna come back and write an appropriate response that is not : I don't like your opinion, so no.

As I said before, this Item will never work. For example: at r7, where I am, most ppl have around 200 or 150 regen and 400 to 500 cap. Now if that regen were to suddenly go down by 90 so to around 100 or 50, it would be too op.
At r1, people have 400 or 350 regen with 500 or 600 cap, or they have 800 cap and 250 or 300 regen. By the time you use your Ice Dagger, you r opponent uses 2 valiants, at which point he has lost 100 regen and 90 energy (which he regens) and you have lost 480 energy, with drone, you are either broken, or down to 300 energy, with little regen anyways, so even excluding regen, you will be behind a turn, and the so called yo-yo effect will make you lose. 
Energy v Energy nowadays is just whoever goes first, and has overall better en stats wins, if you go second, and you two have similar en stats, you sometimes do not get to activate drone, because energy is too time sensitive to allow you to destroy regen, and then move on to depleting energy. 
So, this weapon is overall shit unless it gets 90 regen damage, which makes it too op at lower ranks. So sorry, it sounded cool but is not possible.
My proposition, just thought of this: 47 regen damage, around 100 en damage, and 150 drain.
Sound good?
