Yeah I noticed the META claw dual scope build on the META and I'm headed towards REA + The Claw with a standard Nightfall setup.  I HATE The Claw with a passion, as it looks butt ugly, but unfortunately without enough jump weapons, I won't climb up the ranks if I keep the Massive Legs on my physical mech.  It's sad when at level 1 legendary it has more HP than my massive stone legs at mythical (i think level 8?).
And I got another REA, so I need to upgrade that.
I hate to say it, but seriously I wish The Claw would get nerfed.
Or AT LEAST fix the problem where only legs can jump but those without legs can jump with swords (at range 2) towards their enemies.
It might piss people off, but I think in the spirit of realism, ALL jumping with The Claw needs to be locked out of the game, including swords and saws at range 2 (jumping towards your enemy).

Yeah I thought about using a resist drainer, but don't think it is better. HP is already low and bf really hurts at this level. Additionally, the resist drainer is kind of useless if you can't get it off within 3 turns; for heat huggers generally you want to keep opponent at certain range and having to use a resist drainer kind of hinders that (as well as having the overheat threat). 
Adding resist drainer would also hurt elemental stats; I don't think the original heat hugger loses to any energy builds; this new one could lose a few. Same for heat/boilers.
I think it would be a very strong alternative, but imo not the best heat build.

Yes, the heat build I play is the best build in the game that I've seen so far. I'll post later tonight.

I agree here.  IF there was a torso I would be willing to buff (which there probably isn't, given how people are behaving) it would be HSA, and only to make it equal to the other monkey torsos.  And that's due to game philosophy, not META or any specific need.  Note in CleverName's META there aren't any HSAs.

There's no need to make the grind longer. Just no.

I think someone should make the picture of Monkey no Vest in and phys no Heat/Energy in. Lots of heat and energy back in line. Magma, bunkers, vest all over.  Lots of mele with Heron, Terror plus  FBA now.  
Old players are having some fun with accumulated stash around back in line. I am hopeless 🤣. Thx I play for fun if not I will be frustrated player. 🤣🙃👍

It's unachievable for anyone who isn't rich or incredibly lucky. 🙂  But I test out my builds, and talk to others and get advice from other players.  I'm not the expert, and I really don't care to ever become the expert either.  But what I was saying about maybe not understanding it is called academic humility: I acknowledge that I am only one person, and I can't know everything.
But I can definitely go and test it out in WU.

From my experience, the dual deso I showed works up to rank 7 with a legendary Backstabbing Guardian 🙂 
You can drop cannon and use Magma Recoiler with a Bassalt if you'd like.
The charge works as a good weight killer, you could just throw a res drainer there if you'd like.
 
The entire point of the repulsor is to push the enemy into the range 4-8. I run two of them because I very commonly find people trying to bully that range by just constantly moving to range 2.

Not at all.  With all due respect, it is called Repulsor because that's its job: it repels (pushes) enemies.  I like it the way it is.  It's not designed ot do damage, technically, though I imagine it does only because of how this game's programming works.  If it was called Advanced Annihilator or Advanced Massacre, sure, it would need a buff or a rename because clearly it isn't very powerful.  But its main and only job is to repel enemies.  I've used them and I like them for certain applications.
Clearly they are useful the way they are because some META use them.
I'm sorry you don't agree, but that's simply how I see it.  You asked on "META Suggestions," and so that's my suggestion: it's fine the way it is.
The only reason (like I already said elsewhere) I'm replying is because you're causing me notifications by quoting me and referencing my name.  So I'm replying to defend myself from your false allegations.  If you don't want to talk to me, just stop causing me notifications.  It's pretty simple.
I mean no one any harm.  I just don't agree.  And with all due respect, honestly, META Suggestion threads are supposed to have polls attached.  That would make it easier: I can vote rather than reply.

Weight is fine, it's useful as a push weapon, especially for scope builds.

If we are not going to nerf frantic even more then I suggest we buff deso. There needs to be items that can get rank 1 without being meta
