I have a small clan . We can field enough players to fight clan wars . Below is a picture of the box we get as a reward . How would a player that was new or a f2p close the gap with better players with these rewards ? I suggest that the boxes at lower levels should be better, at least equal , than at the top ranks should Gato want to bridge the pay gap. 

It’s a good idea to expand the player base and help customers improve accounts, @MasterChief. I have a long standing belief that as F2P participation grows, revenue grows... Because out of x number of F2P pilots, x number of P2P customers emerge. To introduce many new players and return growth to what we once experienced, F2P must work well. Quality item portals are one way to involve newer players in the game in an instantly tangible way. 

alright ppl, this popped into my head a few moments ago: certain type item portals. for example, a portal that only drops energy weapons or heat weapons, a certain portal that drops only modules, another one that drops torsos/legs, and so on. do you think this is a good idea or no?

Another silly idea! How about a 10x speed button for campaign? I had to change from mad boy farming to bad boy because it took so long even with the 2x speed.
 
Maybe you get it at a certain level, after you clear a zone on insane or even have to watch an add to use it?  
 

Yes, I miss the old days too, there around 2012 to 2014 was when I enjoyed it the most.
No, the portals a couple of years ago, they did not fail.
They delivered boxes in every attempt without missing one.
100 Attempts = 100 boxes obtained.

The nostalgia is hitting me hard now. This relic portal reminds me when we used to have L-M portals. That is before Tacticsoft nerfed the L-M portals in favor for the L part going to the Drop Rate Increased sales. Now days, it is just E-M portals.
That being said, this portal is a godsent! 🙏

imo that was worth all the tokens I spent, as for my alt, I'm yet to open all the boxes I saved up
