I think he means that it would be personal trading, like it would be a tab In the shop or something. not with players with the game directly: like trade one epic + ~75T, and only with same time items, torso for torso, etc.

Every rarity(common an rare would be pointless) would get progressively more expensive, like double the last one, doubt this will be added any time soon, I doubt it will be added at all
