If there was an energy vandal, what name?

My idea for an energy vandal sort of stalled when it came to naming it.

IF Gato Games produced the energy version of the vandal rage, what should it be called?

The sprite has "VR" stamped on it, so names that are "V.R." get bonus points, in my opinion.

But any name.  Please reply with name ideas.  Thanks!

My idea: voltage reducer.  Because it does reduce your regen and energy, so in a way it does reduce your voltage.

or throw a / in the middle and call it current because (voltage divided by resistance) V/R = Current?
