they are trying earn their spending money, they're calculating their profit and loss. we saw that on kong. players.
second one, their tecnical team weak or deficient, we are waiting many time for fixing bug, everythings are same now.
its good idea for me too but if we are realistic, they can not make your idea...

When clan war will start, game is preparing match, it take 15-30 min. we saw same day titan and first 30 min noone can not collecting ticket. I think banwave is working on last day. but you must write @Alexander.  and say your problem. if you are clear dont worry.
