Does the backfire scope have infinite uses? I saw someone use the same backfire scope twice in 1 battle.

Yes - shocking amount of backfire damage, though.

It's also harder to get into a position where you can use them more then once in a match. I had a lazy falcon once, and it was useless.

Yes, I get scope 6 times in a row but can't do anything
