I'm new here! Can someone help me to improve my mech? Energy Capacity is my problem... everyone can drain it.

Try to transform the module to myt, it might help.

and since it allows more weight to be added on u could possible put on a heat or physical grapple hook

My advice - if you can't fight energy, then don't.  Buff up your mech for heat/physical and if you fight energy you just quit out.

Don't say it cuz some player have 188 energy like me still can destroy energy mech

You need regeneration.  You need to max those modules. Add a Regeneration Module for energy.. Get rid of that HP plate. No one really uses the Epic one.   Also, get rid of that multi resistance module.  If you are a beginner, you don't need resistance yet.  It applies it rank 7-1.  Modules that stop at epic are worthless.  In modules, it's best to have mythical.
