what are the damage numbers on those weapons?

You know we get gold portals each 2-3 weeks. But how about an exp portal? Which gives A LOAD of exp but very little coins?
Basically gold portals but reversed and copied.

It's hard to come up with a weapon that is different enough from existing weapons to be added to the game.

Electrocuting stuff.

It appears you may have missed my meaning. Coming up with a new weapon that is functionally different from the weapons already in game, and can't have its job done just as well or better by a different weapon, without coding in a new mechanic or gimmick, is a hard thing to do due to the number of weapons already in game.

Since Windigo was buffed and is now better than Zarkares, it is generally held as a replacement torso for Zarkares builds. Molten Platinum Vest is the META torso right now, but it is premium so you have a low chance of getting it.
As a general rule you should have about 300 regen and cooling, for now maybe just try getting your mods to legendary
If you get Massive Stone Feet you may want to use them as they have physical resistance and resistance drain
