Who can tell me why Two Frantic Brute are the same Devine but why they different damage?

I mean my Frantic brute maxed Devine and physical damage 205 to 515 but I see enemy Frantic brute only Mythical III and physical damage 285 to 585

I don't have frantic. That is the only thing that could be happening. According to workshop unlimited: A divine frantic brute without arena buffs does 205-515 damage, but a divine frantic brute WITH full arena buffs does 246-618 damage

1. It's higher arena buffs.
2. Don't use double frantic build(two frantics on a one mech). Don't be gay. #StayStraight.
