Edit : apparently have frantic is good for the hight damage that can does even the minimum damage is very lower, i didn't like frantic but the choice is yours .

Dual frantic brute is the epitome of low-effort.  Having both frantic and spartan helps.

I agree but if you compare dual Spartan to dual frantic in WU, dual Spartan wins 60% of the time. My conclusion is that Spartan carnage is slightly better. But I think it's good to mix them.

Just need to point this out but, spartan being premium is actually a negative point since it is a lot harder to get and divine than epic tier.

Frantic are more balanced then the previous  generation 

and easy to upgrade 

Spartan will take more time
