The only fault is in the module, with this set your cooling will be only 192 at max level..

so i modified it my way ( i also added broken blizzard dissolver because i had free weight )

Also what drone you have ? If you have the unreliable gardian or rail gun these can be better but otherwise the unreliable protector is probably the best no premium drone for this build .

edit : forgot what i said, the protector can't be useful on this build because .. this hp.. so maybe electrolyte or face shocker but not protector or gardian .

This is the best energy torso I have for now, I have mpv, hollow spectral armor for premiums in my inventory, no premium energy drones either.

That a double malice build, this a type of build which works mostly between ranks 10-7 (because the player prioritize the heat module ) ,it allows targeting these ranks quite easily however it will not be the build used towards rank 3+ it's a decent build and easy to build but there are actually better like energy hugger or double valliants .
