i just bought 3 epic level 30 power kits from the clan shop, but because my inventory was full they disappeared. They are not in my inventory or in a chest waiting to be claimed. I just spent 2400 clan coins on literally nothing.

Happened with me when i bought clan pack and it took my coins and showed "item not found" and no pack  later a new item was released 

I think that's why, cuz i bought that pack at 12pm and at that time event changes so when i re open it i saw the new item

Side note: clan pack choice disappears when its new item day

I am still looking for my missed pack

Is your inventory full? Because I think power kits don't count as space so if you run out of space power kits will disappear but they are still there. Just need some space so they can appear.

Always keep inventory open, when you buy from clan shop. That has been an issue since it started.

Yeah my inventory was full. They didnt appear when I made space tho.
