How much money is it gonna cost me?

For the last couple of days, im getting lots of gold that i dont know where to spend. So i decided to get a lvl 20 HQ and a lvl 20 factory. 

But how much is that gonna cost me?

So im gonna get my base HQ to lvl 20 from lvl 15. After that, im gonna get ONE factory to lvl 20 from lvl 15

So its +5 lvl to the HQ and it is +5 lvl to a factory. 

I have 5.1 million gold. After everything, i want to end at 2 million gold.

The question is: Do i need to grind some more coins or am i ok with this amount of coins?

From recollection, you might be a little short - but those final stages take days each, so you can be grinding the gold while the HQ is upgrading, so you might be OK at that.  Go for it, I say.

A level 16 HQ takes about 3 days, you could get like 3 million more coins in that time.
