I heard from someone that Madao San was hacking and got banned is this true?

I remember watching Madao San regularly years back. One of the videos he uploaded was of a "comeback" and new mech. In it there were people accusing him of hacking. 

And about a year or so ago madao made another comeback with triple upc mechs, pretty suspicious.

Then a few months ago he finally showed the public that he hacked. In this video he is shown tabbing.

A few weeks back he uploaded a vid in which he was teaching others to tab 
A lot of community members stood up against him but there were some who supported him :]
