i think days like extra gold, XP, fuel, and tickets should be displayed, but the rest of the days should have a ? on it, or be grayed out, and maybe a letter or two of the event will show as it gets closer to the event.
 
would you guys agree that is probably the best idea?

Gold portals are good only for the tokens, but you play them once and that's all. But I don't  know... they had been doing 1 a week and this week there wasn't. So maybe they have followed the same fate as the item portals.

An item portal can be for paintings, relics, perks ... it doesn't necessarily have to be a new weapon. It seems to me that the item portals will no longer be made or at least they will be very scarce.

The game usually celebrates this day by doing a portal. And letting you get a sombrero, this offer is not as pleasing as the portal at all.
