bro tactisoft was awful to us. they never listened, and never banned people. not to mention the droprates were shit and there were so amny new items added you could never get an old item. it took me two years to get a single night eagle.

yes depending configuration. Not all the time the weight will allow you to set as you want. If you are waiting for an overload I do understand your question thinking it can be a waste. You can wait or move forward. I still use them in different configurations.  Just evaluate your strategy, resources and how much you play to get gold.

To stay on topic, I’m grateful Tacticsoft made this game. Otherwise, we wouldn’t be playing it right now.
There was nothing to rescue when everything was fine to begin with.
At least Tacticsoft was producing new items every month. I can’t say the same for Gato. When are we getting new items from Gato?
Gato took over this game around October last year, and to boot Tacticsoft planned in advance events and new item releases until the end of March. That gave Gato a 5-month grace period to come up with something.
Now, 7 months has elapsed. During that time, there were only a few balance updates (and bans) to show for Gato’s 7-month ownership.
How much longer must we wait for new items? How about an item portal? Whatever Gato has planned, it’s taking forever to produce something, anything.

Alex didn't save anything because Legacy was already good and without Tactictsoft there would be no Supermechs, Alex now has a different new version of the same game.
Personally, I liked legacy more. And you like the new version, and I respect your opinion. 🙂

But you forget the minuscule detail that now the premium box/pack drops more epic trash than useful legendary then in summary:

Sure, there is that minority of people out there who would willingly eat garbage.

It's a shame the item portals disappeared. It was one of the best events in the game.

Tell me how an average player, that is, a player who is at rank 10 and who most of the time does not have mythical torsos, modern modules or mythical HP plates, can dominate the insane mode in this portal.
We are not talking about people with rank 5 or higher, who are the minority on the game, but about the vast majority who fluctuate in lower ranks. For these players, even hard mode is hard to beat. We aren't talking about Arena battles or RAID either, but about a portal that is supposedly an event to help everyone (the average gamer) and not just for people who have  good and myth things.
The illogical logic of the game, you make an event and those who need the least end up taking the most.

Would ya look at that.. Insane is actually Insane.. 
Don't get me wrong, the 110 tokens from Easy and Hard are good.. But the 120 tokens from Insane is definitely new and the difficulty that Insane brings is a good way to put pilots through their paces.
If the portal was easy to complete, it would be one hell of a boost towards a premium pack for mostly everyone.
Would be nice but it would also be too easy for something that can get you towards the halfway point for getting a pack.
I don't know about everyone else but I actually like the challenge that Insane brings, even if I can't get all that far into it.

It's called insane difficulty for a reason.

That's great ! Too bad I wasted all the tokens earned by the portals in premium boxes that are not really so premium.
