Limiting seems a little too stiff. especially when there's only 2 per day. 
for me, i usually quit in battle when i see people trolling. so i quit so i don't need to feel the frustration trying to win an impossible match. for people who farm arena like 8 hours a day, that kind of situation could happen pretty often. 2 quits is definitely not enough.

That bring me to my suggestion. 
Purchasable quits. 
you get 2 free quits per day. does not stack. resets everyday (the same way events do). 
for most people who do not farm arena and only go for 5 wins (to get 5 boxes), 2 free quits should be enough. 
if you want more, 5 tokens each. yes that's 5 tokens each. 
it's not a heavy price considering that warriors back in the ancient days get their heads (or something) chopped if they quit a match. (don't quote me. i didn't take any AP history classes 😅). (if it's not chopping, it's some other kind of horrible punishment. you get the point). 
also, if you buy quits, you go to use them in the day. otherwise they'll reset to 2 (free) quits the next day.

I work since the age of 5 😋 so is normal for me. Now, work is getting harder and complicated because corporations want all perfect and no excuses. Everyone is a number and, in the end, when they want to kick your butt out of the companies, they will do regardless your hard work and loyalty. I do m y best but also are the best earnings in need for my elderly years to come and I am already old so not much time and waste but instead to focus and save. Sure, I need some distraction like this game and family and other stuff in life. 🙃 Sure, you get tired and need some rest. What does hurt more is spend time training people in advance stuff and then quit because too tuff for them because are too lazy but wants the easy money. I hate those people asking and getting stuff without work for it then I have to do the thing again 😤

How are you?
Today was a nice day outside and keep it in the lazy way. Really tired and a lot of headaches. 🤯
My lady avoided to talk to me for the rest of the day because I was not in a good mood tired and no patient for her comments. Well, now is passing mid-night so I will say yesterday. 🤷‍♂️ I really wanted to go out but....
Oh well, what I can do. I am sleepy right now but doing this because I will be too busy to do it passing weeks or longer. 
Like in OKI DOKI acc, I kept O.D farming with limited wins. My kids barely played. We pushed passing 176 million and decided to make some epics parts for transformation to make some meat legends and few for real future weapons. 
The base is currently active making 400 power kits. Maybe by the weekend I will be able to max some parts to L50 or to make few items to myth L1. Not sure to be honest. No matter what, farming is the base to improve the acc when is possible because pvp is limited as always has been. The focus will be the same, increase some gold reserve then to enhance some parts already at myth status.

How are you?
I am busy and tired for sure. Today we are having a sunny day and warm. Is the first one this year, I think. 🌞 We have clear sky no clouds around this area right now. I have to work in the house, and I will do nothing at all. I feel busted. I really want to be out with my lady, but my body is not responding for it. She got cranky at me a little bit. Sure, I work 24/7 and lack of time for her but I have to pay the bills. 😬 Sure there is not complain when the money is deposited and used for their own stuff. 😏 Sure, I need to spend some more time with her but at the same time saving for a nice vacation for her because she works hard doing whatever she wants when she wants without worries and me worry to not make a mistake and get fired from work because it is easy to lose my job with a mistake. So, vacations money is not for my relaxing time or else, is money for the family because they are entitled for it. 🤷‍♂️ Oh, well. You need to be a politician and have tact in a relationship. 💳💸💷💶💴💵🪙💰
Anyway, I need to rest, and I give a damn in this moment of their complain. 
About the game....
My work absorbs all my personal time and of course I had to cut back in the game to just farm for months and I do not forecast changes. Se la vie.  My kids are spending time with their grandparents traveling a bit around the state then later my lady will join and of course does affect the game progress because they no play as the recent weeks as a favor to me to keep the acc moving forward at least with the minimal. I had to step in few times late to get a few wins and making some test mechs teams they wanted because they will later develop same thing in their own acc.
It has been very slow progress but still moving forward for this year goal I have in mind. 
We were able to increase gold reserve to 176million and created a batch of 400 power kits and maxed few parts around and now making another batch of 400. I will be making few myths parts no more than 2-3 then will max them. I need to make some legends parts from epics to make it possible because I do not have legends meat or willing to meat few around considering I might use them for others test.

I was not going to update but it might be better now having few min at disposition before starting some work.

OKI DOKI has been focusing on gold reserve improvement. I am farming the acc and the kids are playing the acc but very limited in the recent weeks having their grandparents at home. The progress has been slow and losing a lot of grinding because I have been too busy to even open the phone for it. Too much pressure at work.
The base has been idle trying to increase gold reserve to a new "mean" changing from 150 to 170 million as the new base and keep it close to that number when make some power kits. Right now, the gold increased to 166 million and will take at least another 2 weeks to craft some power kits. Focusing on gold reserve, making parts slowed down to the minimal.

The reason why I dropped it to Rank 15, to put it simply, it's related to the clan. For the clan reward, you can get "Tokens" for free, "10 tokens" for 200 wins, "50 tokens" for 1000 wins, "100 tokens" for 5000 wins, and "160 tokens" for a total.
 
If you win once in the arena, you will get a box (you will get it if you win 5 times). This is because it can be difficult to get a box easily, so some people think that it can be easily obtained with 1VS1 and dropped the rank.
 
I've seen several troll mechas, and the troll mecha is trying to kill you instantly using MAX things such as weapons, drones and feet. I can't win with a low mecha. In that case, please run away from the match immediately.

I am referencing ideas from different apps and games for this plan.
How about we limit the number of quits per day? 
Let's say we limit the number of quits per day to 2 
Assuming that the average time taken to complete a pvp match is a minute and 30 seconds. 
Let's also assume that the person smurfing would have to reduce around 15 stars from his/her current rank. 
Time taken = 90 seconds X 13 matches/ stars ( reducing 2 quits from the assumed 15 stars) 
= 19.5 minutes
Note that the time can significantly increase in 2v2/ 3v3 seasons. 
Now after limiting the number of quits per day we also put penalty for anyone that goes afk during the match. Penalty would be an short ban from pvp.
Implementation of this plan would increase the time taken to smurf so much that it would become a pain in the ass for many. 😄
This process can't guarantee you a smurf free arena but this can drastically reduce the number of smurfs.

dropping ranks is definitely a little too easy in this game. 
from this other game that i play, ranking up is really hard, but you don't drop rank after each season. that's good for encouraging people to keep going up and to prevent people from quitting because ranking up is too hard. 
i spend a lot of time last week getting from R11 to R7. and now i'm R9 after the reset. getting to R7 took a lot of time for me and also a lot of head-banging-on-table. now i'm even falling off of R9 because i lost to a R10 dude who was R3 last week. 
people who drop from R7 or even R6 to R9 is reasonable for me, but people who drop from R3 or R4 to R9 is not. especially when i'm put with them. —— that is another reason why i brought up max-rank thing up above. 

I have done more than that but is nice others push for the team. 🤗🤣

You are literally wasting newer and weaker people's time by having divine items at rank 15 and you think that's ok? You gotta be joking. Unless you somehow see people with divine items at rank 15 which I highly doubt considering I got in rank 13 with only 1 divine malice beam and rest being legendary - mythical.

honestly, i think this is a problem in game design. not entirely on the smurfers (how do you spell it?)
the game made it too easy to drop ranks. ranks are supposed to show your placement/percentile in the game. and high rank is well respected (and for toxic P2W), mid rank is for the average play, and lower ranks are for people who are just starting and need help. 
and the origin of all this imo is matchmaking. so far, as far as i can see, matchmaking is based mostly, if not all, on rank. that is only useful when you only go up (losing doesn't lose rank). if losing loses rank, then matchmaking should be just based on rank because you can just drop on purpose. —— which defeats of purpose of actually finding a match. 
you see how clan war works, ... each mech gets a rating based on mech parts and how upgraded they are. that imo is how matchmaking should be done. (not entirely tho). we should also look at max rank because that tells us each player's limits so no matter how low you drop, you can still find an opponent with similar mech builds and ratings.
