Basically the issue is, you need to be logged in on forum while trying to access the form. We made it this way so we dont get random people spamming it or those who dont participate.

While you make and test builds, be on the lookout for items that can be ''abused'' and OP. We banned EMP and Heat Bomb for those reasons but if any others seem a bit too much do suggest.
