Energy Weapon Combinations

Is Brightroar a good combination with Viking Hammer, with Hysteria, Malice Beam, and Ultrabright?

I play Viking Hammer with Last Words, to cover Ranges 1 and 2 it is very functional

This loadout would work good with a Brightroar if you don't have any other close-range energy items. (I took a random torso)
 

Only downside is that it's a little bit on the heavy side. (775kg)

better dual malice than hysteria especially with the grim cobra

Hysteria has more cap drain, and dual Malice Beam is useless. 2 of the same weapons is hardly ever good.

Hysteria covers range 7 and 8 too, which you need sometimes.

Hysteria is clearly the better option here...

 

The grim cobra is to pull enemies in range of your Brightroar

Dual malice works better, higher drain, better synergies, and after you've used up your grim uses your range 3 will be weak. Besides range 3-6 is much more played than 7-8.

 

Also your build is far too heavy considering no drone.

Malice now has higher drain than hysteria so it's actually better. En cap dmg rarely ever matters.

or combine brightroar + vikinghammer + 2 malice beam + hystoria, it maybe better if you use emp in stead of malice beam

you still have a malice beam and drone space :D

Why ultrabright? Atleast I have one weapon which damages some resistance...

Question 2: When both malice beam and hysteria were legendary, hysteria damaged more energy and electric...

I am just asking: has the new update made hysteria weaker than malice beam?

PS: Too bad I don't have any other weapon which damages even as much as hysteria... Or else I would have used Valiant Sniper...

One last question: 

Will the combination of Brightroar + MortalBullet + Ultrabright + Hysteria + Face Shocker work?

Asking because mortalbullet does more damage with less energy consumption. And in this combination, mortal will check 2-4 and the rest, hysteria...
