Hi, sadly, it isn't possible if you lost your password and Email, you'd need either of the 2 to be able to recover the other one 😕

You can change the Email connected to your account. If you still have the credentials you can log in here and change it in the account tab.

You should be able to change your email on this website, https://forum.supermechs.com/forum/ucp.php.
Just log in with your SM credentials and you'll find the change Email option in your settings.

'Account not found' does seem like the credentials were wrong to me.
If you still have access to the email connected you can log in on this old forum https://forum.supermechs.com/forum/ucp.php , and then request a new password.
If that doesn't work I don't know what will...

You can turn the sounds off in your notification settings.
To get to you notification settings first go to your account settings, and then click on notification settings as shown in the picture.
