not gonna work, all those items cause a lot of heat so heat mechs would f*ck you up. You should use a grapple and charge instead of dual tele and add a res drainer. 1 weapon for range 3 wont work either

Well, i have improved Heat Modules, and also added a Res Drainer, grapple and charge as you said.

id use a diff drone and get rid of tele if you have to in order for a better drone, that drone is kind crappy

I think you should inspired of the "best" physical mech by clevername ( the build you see can possible is not the "exact" build )

- You don't need probably the teleporter, you have a grappling, charge and the distance shreeder who inflict expensive damage .

- have you a matrix or maximum protector or something like that ? it will always be better than having only one resistor

- Have hight hp is good, but have effecient heat and energy stats is better, maybe remove 1 or 2 platinium plate and replace it by a energy and/or heat module ( you have double module ? )

- Have you a seraph blade, a mercy, a annhilation or such a weapons ? use 2 rock polisher is ..not really advise for your Hp [ and also a mech with 4000 hp without resistance resists less well than a mech with 2800 hp with resist ( often ) ] 

Also the drone is Ok, is not best but is not worst ( the protector will be probably the best drone or gardian if you have it or even tonto if you use a mercy or rock recoiler ),

Don't Make me Wrong, and also i was near to make something like that but i changed my style to a Heat build.

also, i need a teleporter if i stuck in Arena Battles.

A build like this is solid in arena except the energy destroy you without electric forteress and good energy stats but otherwise is a decent build when you will got the electric forteress or a matrix .

 

edit : is just a detail but replace only 1 heat engine by a cooling mass booster for more balanced heat stats .
