Why is it so hard to come in contact with the game's support team?

So last year I tried contacting the game's support regarding a problem I was facing but never got a reply from them. About two weeks ago, I had came with another account related issue and emailed them a couple of times and guess what...never got a reply. Don't you guys think they shouldn't clickbait people like this saying: " contact the support team when you're facing a problem." When there is, I think, no support team exists. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who have tried contacting them and are still waiting for them to get back to us.

As the FAQ says, we do not manually recover accounts.

 

Especially not for people claiming accounts that we know for a fact aren’t their own. Please cease this.

yeah... thats the old support email. Tacticsoft doesnt own supermechs anymore, Gatogames does, the new support email is: support@gatogames.net
