F2P Energy Mech (Energy Cap Drain Meta)

If my goal is to drain my enemy and reduce their energy capacity, what is the proper configuration for this?  Here's what I have so far, which is more or less what I'm currently using in the game.  I had extra weight so I put the Drunk Lightning on it, but I have a Broken Blizzard Dissolver in my inventory, as well as the normal blizzard dissolver.  If I get a Drunk Lightning, I'll use that only so that I have one more way to push someone back from range 2 in to range 3 so I can hit them with my Malice Beam.  I say F2P but eventually (since I'm not F2P) I'll have some premium items to supplement.  So please tell me if this is a good config to start off:

The issue in my opinion with energy cap damage mechs is that by the time you finally get that cap low enough, you will be dead

Understood, but because having decent energy drain requires 2 x valiant snipers, please humor me and tell me what the best I can do with F2P energy drain weapons is (i.e. stormweaver, malice beam, hot flash, hysteria, etc.)

Too many weapons, bad drone and no energy cap for a energy mech. A good f2p and possibly the best build for f2p energy mech is with emp. Could either be malice, hysteria, last words and emp, or a close range build with grim cobra, malice, emp and either last words or lightning recoiler. Faceshocker works well on both builds, but for the close range version electrolyte is much better.
