How do I become a Commander?

I want to be a Commander so I can change my title, what are the requirements?

You need 1,000 post to change your title, and if you don't then you get the title "Way Too Many Posts" I think, either that or Soviet Union  Mech choose the same title as Oki. Or maybe it's 500 post , nvm, I think it's something community rep related.

To be a commander you need to have 400 or more community rep. But if you want to change your title I think you have to do something elses, 'cause I saw someone with 100 community rep. who had a title, and I made mine at 300 or less rep.

400 reputation for Commander status.

As for the Divine Pilot thing, I believe it's 500 posts in order to get it.

It's been a long while since I got the Mythical Pilot thing, so my memory of the post amount needed for it is hazy.

Also, if you want to change your title, just do these steps:

Step 1: Go to your profile.

Step 2: Press/Click on Edit Profile

Step 3: You should see a bar with "Member Title" above it. That's the title change bar that lets you give yourself a custom title

Maybe I have to be a Divine Pilot? I don't know, it doesn't show the title change bar thing for me.
