I started looking at the META listing mechs and decided that, in theory, ash creator can sub for UPC, big daddy can sub for bright roar, and malice can sub for valiant sniper (these aren't good substitutes, but they can work for temporary).

So then I made claw + MPV + ash creator + big daddy + malice beam + grim cobra + protector drone.

I absolutely hate the claw, but oh well.
