I'm going to say it right now:

If you're new to the game, defense matrix is a great deal for you if you don't have enough fortresses to run 3 mechs in full META mode.

    I've gotten to R2 with 3 x defense matrix in 3v3 heat.

BUT if you don't need a defense matrix, this deal isn't the best for you.  In that case, save for fortress/quad/overload deals.

  2. My opinion, the fastest way is with all level 20 gold mines in the base.

    Build commons and power kits.

Then what I do is upgrade 4 commons to 3 x level 10 and one level 5, then use that to max a rare power kit.

Then I use the rare power kit to upgrade the items.  Like when they're myth.

I can build like almost 4 legendaries in a day that way.

But when I build legendaries I upgrade an epic items by using one max rare power kit and then 3 x level 10 common power kit and one level 8 common power kit.

i guess i didnt explain myself well enough my bad.

i mean you should only study mix bosses for boss levels because those are the main stuff people farm and people might wanna farm a level that has a hight chance to get you items in general not only mix boxes but i wasnt thinking when i said that because you already did all the battles and it would take ages to redo that amount of boss battles like you said

Maybe, but the thing is people will farm boss levels regardless, and mainly for the FBs, so at that point studying the mix box rate wouldn't accomplish much.

another thing you could add is also how many boxes people got on each level so we can also know what levels have more chances to drop just a normal mix box

I'm not studying mix boxes.  This study took 4 months and 6.4K runs  just for all the boss levels, and mix boxes don't have much variety.  Since you want to study mix boxes, and almost all missions give them, that would be like 10 times the amount of work we put in.  And it took 4 months with 10 accounts helping to complete this study.

I'm not saying you shouldn't do it, but I'm saying it would take you like a year, easily.  It's too much work for not much benefit.  You can farm almost any mission for mix boxes.  Not all missions give FBs, and only FBs give legendaries on a half-way regular basis.  Mix boxes are really not worth changing your campaign farming habits IMHO because almost all good levels give them.

Did you take in consideration the player account level? I remember some stopped to grant me post some level up. Just curious.

There were easily a dozen different accounts with different player levels farming these, including one that is/was like level 12, so that player level shouldn't affect the results.  That's the power of Noble Warrior Clan: we had rank 10s and 8s helping, as well as a rank 1 and some members of Noble Padawans at below rank 10.  The members of my clans are awesome.

  6. So after 6,486 campaign mission runs, the FB Chance Per Mission Study has concluded!  I would like to thank @Diablooder @Rambo @Catalin  Algeriano  @Greedy Warrior @Knae gae ear @Sushi @renkobyasi and many others!

I will do some "best fit of line" math to chart it soon, but it seems the best missions to farm for fortune boxes are:

    1V1 Overlord's Den Normal

    1V1 Overlord's Den Insane

    3V3 Frozen Abyss

    All are roughly 12% rate.

    More will come soon.

    but what about the resistance

If you don't have enough premium resistance to go around, like at least max protector/defense matrix, if not 2-3 fortresses, you might as well go all-in for hit points.  Monkey torsos do a good job with that, and you still see monkey torsos from time to time in top ranks.  I prefer vest + resistance, sure, but I don't personally think savior resistance is good enough for the arena. It's good for the campaigns though.

How do you recognize a coward?

A coward is a player who makes a mockery of your mech and only taunts you when he's winning over you.

At the moment when it is obvious that he is going to lose, he will quit.

This is the main hallmark of a coward.

Actually, a coward, per the Oxford dictionary, is "a person who lacks the courage to do or endure dangerous or unpleasant things."

Not everyone who quits on their last turn is a coward, some do this specifically because they know they're going to lose and they want to save time and go to the next match.

What you described is more what a jerk would do.
