  1. That's a good point you make about the base! It is very close but within the categories there is a randomness and odds of getting L- are extremely low. Heck even if once a year we could have the option to buy anyone item we wanted it would be a very nice bonus. It could also help retain players as years pass.
  2. How does everyone feel about one week a year that any four items could be purchased for cash or tokens? or possibly at anytime in a given year? Once you reach a certain rank or level? certainly if this was a cash only option it could generate revenue for Gato. It would also provide an opportunity to get that L-M item you want!
  3. I feel the gap between those with and without L-M would exist however the gap would be much smaller than it is today. At the basis of my opinion (going off topic) is that the current META is not board enough to provide access to items to be competitive in Ranks 10-5 and certainly not 5-3. As a result I feel retention of players past the one year mark is low once the realization sets in on the ability to access L-M items. I guess I am just trying to stir up ideas that will increase the games player base and retention of players?
  4. I think all "like items" that are currently have an C-M and E-M version should have the E-M version simply expanded to a C-M item. For example all of the resistance models (original four modules prior to the new hybrids). There should only be one version of each model that ranges from Common to Mythical. other examples would include grappling hooks, teleports, blue madness, red wraith, supreme cannon, rapid destruction, storage units, etc.. This would most certainly expand the relevant inventory for most people while still maintaining "non like" L-M items such as scopes, torsos, claw and the new hybrid modules. It could also recued the effect of less that desired L-M drops (for example if you have 7 deliriums and no L-M resistance modules).

  7. I think shields would fit in to the current balance of the game. The original concept would work of having different levels of shields... Please don’t make them L-M...

  9. I still suggest only changing the probability for FB to hit over 300 damage. Then anything above 300 is something like a 1 out of 10 usages. As my second vote I do like the idea of leaving everything as is and reducing to single use. (Great idea whoever thought of this)

  11. Cleavername, First off, Awesome name and thread! how did you find super mechs? How long ago did you start playing? have you been able to get any friends to join the game? (I struggle with this) if it’s not too personal. Do you have a college degree and if so what in? finally do you have any questions for me ? Totally cool if not.
  12. Has anyone ever played Nexus TK? I haven’t played it in about 18 years but definitely loved the 4-5 years I did play. It’s very time consuming and PC only so was no longer able to keep up with the game. just like to see if anyone else played or still plays and how your experience is?
  13. Right on man! I wish I had more pictures of back then. I do miss the old days but am happy we still have a game to play these days! I found super mechs on FOG (free online games) back then when I had some time off work. I try to get my friends to join but it’s not for every one!
  14. If they did have shields again they could make them non upgradable and add an arena coin option to reduce the percentage of heat or energy consumption per hit.
  15. I do believe they disabled shields in the arena and raid about two years ago? regardless, I traded mine in after the reboot and image most did. They would have to issue new ones if this option was pursued.
  16. What about bringing back energy and heat shields? I think way back when physical was king in the legacy days the shields served as an equalizer? this could also help the lower level people in the raids.
  17. Ahh I see. I remember doing that over under picture to wine on the forum back then. After you beat the campaign when you tried to farm any levels the computer mechs got stronger and stronger past the point of what god mode was at the time!
  18. W.H.I.T.E.O.U.T, I cant say i recall different versions of god mode but that is interesting. This particular picture is from June of 2014. It doesn't appear your picture uploaded showing the version you are referring to?
  19. found some old SM pictures from 2013-2014. Do any of you old schoolers have some pictures to share? back then level 30 was as high as you went. The one picture showing 3 million was my submission to BP of the W's record book for highest experience... I don't think I got the record but do know 3mill experience was extremely high for back then.
  20. In addition to the daily deals we receive (2x cash, experience etc.) it would be nice to have something similar for bases. 2x speed builds, discount purchases?
  21. For those of us who changed to the base it would be nice to have a chance to buy silver boxes at the previous non base price. I can’t buy cards fast enough from the base and have a large sum of money that keeps growing. I am thinking once a quarter have a silver box sale?
  22. Leave the damage as is but increase the weight of weapons. what ever the solution is physical builds need to be a little less impervious to over heating and energy drain.
  23. I recommend leaving the damage range but greatly reducing the probability of damage above 300hp. for example only 1 in 10 chance of damage 301 to 645. It feels like this was the case when the item originally came?
