How do people feel about removing the cap on the arena store? for example above the current enchantments available 500 coins would buy you 10 HP, or half a percentage increase in damage, cooling/energy regain heat/energy capacity and so on.

I normally build mech in excel then simulate damage inflection to see if the resistance build is better than health build. my observation is that health build will “go more rounds” that resistance build with the non L-M items. without the massive feet or arena buffs I think plating is the way to go. with massive feet and arena buffs it’s close. A vest build + resistance module + massive feet is about the turning point for campaign builds. as for arena the extra resistance is ok if you have the slot for it but my personal opinion is that health modules over resistance until you get the L-M items

I mean once a year we should be able to buy them? I’d unload my 40 million on them as quick as I could upgrade. oh what about no inventory limit? That would be a fun change.

Would anyone like to speculate if gato games will have any amazing events when the TS events run out next month? half price base events? Platinum plates for tokens? Base people can buy silver boxes? Expansion of arena store?

I have been looking at that $5/month deal it does look pretty sweet. When you say “the deal” are you referring to the “drop rate increased” events? I do have 6k tokens save up but am holding out for resistance modules. Also do you think next month when the TS events run out that gato will have some good deals?

Both solid points and thanks for sharing. I'm all for keeping the game alive by paying developers. I don't mind paying for rare items I just can't bring myself to spend my money to buy boxes in the current system. I'm guessing the business model works better for them than the legacy store where you got to choose what items you bought with money. Well, if the system works I'm just happy to still have a game to play. If the system ever changes to were I could just pay cash for the items I want I'll break out the wallet for sure! I spent a decent amount of money in the legacy store and certainly was much more competitive in the arena back then.

It seemed to be in use ranks 3-5 still. I did see two hits under 300 for the entire week. I guess it’s not as annoying as it was before. lol maybe they should just rename it . I cringe a little when I read “frantic brute”

I did get the max protector earlier this year when it was on sell. I used it a few times on energy free but find the monkey toros works better with zero resistance. I also agree with the other comment about a lot of platinum plates. If I had like 9-10 I think I could make something work for 3v3 but I only have three

Hey does anyone regularly hit rank 2 in the arena without the L-M resistance modules (Ultrahot, supercharge and mighty)? I was around day one of the reboot and still have not received any of these L-M resistance modules. I have formed the opinion that I'll be stuck in Rank 3 until I get them. Do you top rankers agree or am I just making excuses for myself? would be nice if i would trade five of the eight rolling beast i have for one resistance module.. or five or the eight deleriums

Hey everyone! Looking to hear what others are seeing from frantic brute now in the arena? I have faced a good number of double brute users this week. It seems like everything is hitting 300-450 in my experience against them. haven't seen anything less than 300 but i haven't seen anything more than 500 :). What are you guys seeing? Any double brute users care to comment? (i promise not to boo you but other might)

I don’t miss having to equip rocket and bullet modules but really miss buy items from a store. I stopped playing for over a year when they changed to the box system.

How lucky 13 described sheilds is how they worked. depending on the shield type 10%, 15%, 20%. If you were hit with 100 damage and had a 10% shield your HP took 90 damage and you lost 10 energy or with a heat shield gained 10 heat.
