i have given the game  almost 4 months its boring grinding every day for the same stuff fighting bot players in the arena as well as smurfs where is the fun i am still looking for it

i have zero faith in this game getting updated  alex is too bust with bd 2 a game no one gives a shit about

The game it is asking to collect rewards from the TITAN. Ehh... As far I know the kids did not played in O.D. FARM.

It's not just about a portal, it's about fact that they don't give a shit about their own game 
I bought an offer few days ago and to this day I didn't get anything despite sending a letter to support about this 
There are ton of cheaters with ridiculous amounts of res as well as smurfs on ranks that they shouldn't be looking at their mechs 
And now portal that is advertised in menu screen doesn't even work ffs

The issue is being resolved, please have some patience.

They never have issues on the taking your money portals or aspect of the game. 
They've allowed hackers and boosters to run the game... No medals won in the last few years mean anything!

But? I'm sorry? You can't do anything to help me be pleased with this game anymore. They literally programmed the portal for the 4th of July to be a 1 time run so once you complete it the portal is useless unless you're a noob who can't complete the next two runs. Especially since they made it harder.

Unsurprising. But it better be there because it's owed to us. I could care less for the excuses. 
They don't give us any other portals and we finally get one but it ain't THERE. Typical. Game should've been given to someone else. I've lost faith because apparently "Zero Games" or Gato, Both can't do anything right. 

Almost 2 years, no change till now. Hope it gets done soon man. 

That's BS. They can still make more effort now! 
I have no faith that they will make any significant improvements either based on their consistent poor programming and game management!

I feel bad for the poor souls that actually whale for the game with money that could have went somewhere more meaningful struggles to play the game full-competitive while cheaters and hackers just laugh at them doing not even 0,1% their effort whether with literally hacking the game or external third party ranks manipulation.

- it was pretty hard to achieve
- I won all my wins honest and fair
- there were times, where some players (at one weekly tournament I won, there were 12 players doing this at the same time - no joke) just tried to hunt me with counter-builds for hours
- having won +220 Clan Medals with HardToKill, which was one of the best Clans for years ...
