They must have weapons that can go to mithycal, and they must have an specific type of damage,hybrid is bad,they must have good healing and regen,and the way the builds work and attack must also depend on where you are going with them, raid, arena or campaign,because arena,raid or campaign builds differ.

If you want a decent 3 mech team - focus on a singular element. Synergy matters a lot as you'll frequently switch around, meaning more overall damage if all 3 mechs are the same type.

Now, how to build them? Pretty much keep grinding for better items, save up your tokens for offers and don't food any item you think might be bad - you never know when can something get a buff.
