is this a good mech

Use this, if you want to use those weapons

 

 

You don't want to use Basalt Polisher, because that is a Hugger weapon. You need another to weapon to help with it. This would be better with what you want to build.

It's not better. It is basically the same. Base on your build, it be better to be like this

 

Using this build, you can up the heat damage by pushing back your opponent to range 4 and use Corrupt light and Savagery simultaneously.

yeah, as mentioned above, need more energy regen. 

also, don't use pizza cutter (the saw arm thingy). your hp might be a bit low for it. switch it out with a recoiler or hammer

You need more regen its way to low or you get bullied by energy builds

oh i thought you had those nvm then the weapons you chose are fine but the mech needs at least 240+ regen and cooling

he don't need too much regen because the cutter and stomp can let energys mech in danger and he will need at least 300+ cooling
