Alright number 1. 
Trading would be too op,people would trade with alts and get all sorts of items.
Players that have many legendarys will just give people free Items making the game unfair for others.

Trading is such a bad idea,it literally defeats the purpose of grinding

save money. do not spend if you do not have to survive in life or limited at your local life. In many countries that is heavy amount of money. Just be in a good clan as you mentioned before, farm, collect tokens daily, raid, events, clan titan, commercials and do not spend them trying to kill a boss etc unless will get more in return doing the math. 🤔

Here we go again... Yes, your trade idea isn't identical to the others', which is player-to-player trading, but also have problems. So, let's talk about second one:
Imagine your idea were implemented. Everyone's now saving for premium packs offers, because why you need to save more tokens for item offer, when you can just collect (some players already have tons of unusable legendaries, so it's can lead to something like disbalance) 10 premium items and trade (more likely exchange) it for item you wish? Cards with legendary chance are started to be more popular, even size of packs' buying are increased. I'm not saying this is bad, in some ways it's good, but where is that feeling of random, pain (because you're not got item you want) and waiting for pretty item offer? It's my opinion and you can think otherwise, but this is game about random, and always been. I more prefer for daily/weekly personal offers in shop, where you can buy/exchange item(s) you proposed for tokens/item(s).
About first one, I don't see there's anything to talk about. This idea is good in my opinion, but also need some corrections...

I got a cockpit piercer and superb charge on my alt, plus some e-m modules I needed. Not too shabby.

Today's offer coming in clutch, my first EFA and second sorrow. This will make for some great builds combined with all the numerous heat weapons I already have.

title should be self-explanatory.
 
For those who don't understand, the base should have the function to craft 100 or collect all crafted in 1 click - this should save time and frustation (on some players like me) instead of going to upgrade and going back to the base to collect crafted back and forth.

I just bought the Offer and I'm not really complaining, I needed the coins to finally have the 2k Coins, anyway, I'll share my drops.
