  1. A portal that doesn't have a new item with terrible drop rates, but instead organizes existing items so that a certain category of items gains a buff to drop rates for maxed potential efficiency? Yep, that sounds like an idea that should've been a thing from the start. ... Seriously, how is this type of portal not a thing yet?
  2. Common relics have been a waste of space because of how C-Ms have been a waste of space before the buff... Now there's one C-M that can be fed relics without the feeling of regret like a certain C-M torso that may or may not be related to Nightmare. cough cough Interceptor cough cough.
  3. The Nightmare torso isn't the best out of the buffed torsos (the best being Molten Platinum Vest/Lightning Platinum Vest) but it's definitely better than Zarkares now... At least, marginally better when it comes to energy stats and resistances, that is. Definitely worth divining it, though.
  4. The idea seems fair but it's also extremely restrictive considering how this is a game that lets you build whatever you want and get decimated by physical nearly 90% of the time. Counters are annoying, definitely, but with physical mechs essentially being brick walls in the top ranks, they're fighting with warped stats and strategies to stay afloat in this new meta of vests and high resistance. Look, I get that people find counters to be annoying but they're players that are trying to survive a hardship like everyone else (trust me, Spartan Carnages are annoying by themselves but full builds dedicated to them are worse). So, why not get to know the good counters and completely ignore the toxic counters? ... But that's the way I see things, so I may (and likely will) be wrong with the assessment.
  5. I'd say that would be a fight for the ages. A titan god vs a mechanical god would surely raise the community's morale, especially if it was a livestream or a dedicated YouTube video. Alternatively, Alexander could play as God Mode and challenge people to battles... Or better yet, Alexander could play as Titan God Mode and have a battle against the original God Mode as a form of "Clash of Gods" special event. That would definitely be a badass event to witness. Edit: I forgot a period at the end of the final sentence.
  6. Oh, trust me, the game has several ways to make you lose your rare/epic fodder in one way or another... Two common types of that phenomenon is the reconnecting and the time limit. The reconnecting loss is when the game decides to lose connection and reconnect during your box opening. It has a chance to make your goods vanish in thin air like they never existed, making the next few seconds full of the strongest salt imaginable. Oh, and it can happen to any box, so nothing's safe from it. As for the time limit, it only happens to arena boxes. If you don't collect your arena goods before a day has passed since the end of a season, your goods will be automatically deleted instead of being stored in your box for boxes, so your beautiful fodder will disappear no matter if you couldn't collect them due to an emergency or you didn't feel like it. ... But yeah, someone really needs to find a way to fix boxy deletus or we'll keep losing campaign power kit boxes and infinity stones and I don't think that's something that people consider to be enjoyable. If someone does find joy in losing relics, please seek assistance because that may be an issue.
  7. The hack was multiplayer, obviously. That's the only version of the game to feature chats, arena, bosses, gameplay, the logo, the corporation that took the game and cash mag'd it, the players, the textures, the colors, and SuperMechs. I'd say that hack was the best of its kind due to how detailed and high quality that it was.
  8. Also, I finally got something to rival that epic ascension relic I got... An epic HurlBat. ... Yep, an epic HurlBat on my last run.
  9. You know, my drone was most likely gonna be today's E-M portal event... But this thing proves otherwise. So, I already got a good reason for hating this thing outside of my first two runs only giving me a single epic relic. Update 6 more runs and I still haven't gotten anything better than that one epic ascension relic. Since the portal's hard mode is essentially full of shit due to the increased damage from physical bots, I can safely say that I despise this event in all of its horrific glory.
  10. Google Play Store introduced me to this thing back in 2016 when it popped up in my recommended games tab while I was searching for a new game to play. To say the least, the timing was weird and the outcome of that moment is a lot weirder because I didn't expect to be playing this game for about 4 years, let alone a mobile game like this. ... If anything, I blame the boxes... Or the builds that I end up getting emotionally attached to... Or my friends... You know what? I'ma just say all of the above and get that over with. Long story short, Google did a thing and now I'm here.
  11. Things have been created, And things have died. The human mind is full of life, But even it can be severely deep-fried. Now with the useless introductory poem out of the way, It is time for us to pick up our Ejection Blasts... And run the f**k away. The Introduction Today, we're gonna be taking a look at a certain mid-range physical rifle that is cherished by many and used by lots... The Spartan Carnage! ... Hahaaa... No. The Spartan Carnage is way too easy of a target because of how overused it is. Instead, I'm gonna be poking fun at something else... The Ejection Blast! Sit back, fasten your harness, and don't forget to note that this ride has plenty of jokes. Without further ado, here the f**k we go! The Weapon What is this gun? Why does it exist? Is it affordable? Here's three simple answers for your questions... It's a rich man's portable escape measure with the purpose of making your "tactical retreats" a lot more stylish than fleeing like a b***h as you would normally do without it. If you're curious about the damage, this weapon is a really serious heavy-hitter when compared to other physical retreat weapons, even going the extra mile by having a damage cap of 517 when divined with arena buffs to back it up. You can already sense the amount of rage-filled jealousy that's coming from Mercy right now as this thing does a similar scale of damage for the cheap weight of 34 kg and not 84 kg. So... What lies on the dark end of this stick? Well... There's several things. To cover everything wrong, I feel like a list will cause the least amount of impact damage... So, here we go. Nightfall levels of energy cost and heat generation. It does half the resist damage than other physical weapons. It's 3-6 and begging to be sniped by a Valiant. Its identity was stolen by scope builds. It refuses to combo with most weapons that aren't scopes. It's hard to get because of L-M. Corners disable weapon usage. Two uses and two uses only. I honestly can't deeply explain each of those points because of how self-explanatory they are. That's pretty much it. The Closing Overall, Ejection Blast is one hell of a weird-ass physical weapon with its high damage and semi-laughable resistance damage. Is it good? Definitely but it's only good if you have 4-8 weapons to combo with, otherwise, you'll be stuck with having to move instead of attack due to getting "range stranded" by your retreat weapon. If you get a scope, piercer, or both, this weapon's perfect for your abomination of a build. Alternatively, Reckless Beam, Mighty Cannon, and Last Resort Vulcan are good 4-8 physical substitutes to fill in the lack of scopes if you're seriously in need of potshots from across the arena... Just beware of Burning Showers and Valiant Snipers on your way out, yeah? But, um... Yeah... That's it. If you want to add onto this or disagree with something on here, that's why the comment section exists, so use it. Until then, stay safe and don't use Volkswagon keys on a Lamborghini... Because that's not how any of that works. From, {{W.H.I.T.E.O.U.T}}#0739
  12. I have divine Devouring Legs... Would that help in any way?
  13. Gah the 5 damage crit from that Basalt Dissolver is overpowered, someone needs to buff it! 1. 5 2. Basalt Dissolver 3. Buff
  14. The title is self explanatory. If you don't know what Ad Libs are, it's a thing where you fill in the blanks of a sentence/paragraph/story by using the specific type of word that is specified (like noun, preposition, verb, etc.). Example Curse you, ____! I would've won if it wasn't for you and your ____ damage crits! 1. Noun -> Greedy 2. Number -> 1 Curse you, Greedy! I would've won if it wasn't for you and your 1 damage crits! Now, Your Turn Oh my gosh! I just got a ____ from a ____ ____. I'm gonna ____ it! 1. Noun 2 Adjective 3. Noun 4. Verb Note: Retype the sentence and make your inserted words bold or indented so that it stands out from the rest of the sentence. Other than that, have fun, pilots. I look forward to seeing what you have to offer for this little game of Ad Libs.
  15. Quantum mentioned that the perk would make items look like level 1 common items, so I'm guessing that the items in question are ones that start from common or are evolutions of common items since anything that starts from rare or higher wouldn't be affected. Unless they meant that the perk would make all items on your build look like their starting rarity and level when affected, but the meaning behind their idea is mainly up to them.
  16. So it's a skin that is only applicable for items that start from common or have relatives that start from common? By relative, I mean like how Boomwitch is the C-R version of Annihilation, so Annihilation would probably inherit the looks of Boomwitch when the skin is applied... If I got that correctly, that is. I'm pretty sure that most players have made the switch to R-M, E-L, E-M, and L-M torsos by the time they reach rank 12 since rank 13 is the turning point where they learn about how unforgiving the higher tiers are to those who don't use better things. Just ask me about that... I used an Avenger + Claw physical build and I couldn't get past rank 12 at all because of the amount of heat/energy mechs that kept appearing. However, C-M torsos are still usable as long as you can play skillfully enough to evade power hits from heavy hitting weapons and aggressively enough to annihilate tankier torsos without getting annihilated yourself.
  17. Common Zarkares, Windigo, Spectral Armors, Platinum Vests, etc. I fear the day when those things come true.
  18. Why aren't we allowed to do that in the first place when most of the paints in-game have gotten old? This should be a thing instead of token paints.
  19. Premium Pack for day 21 and premium box for day 7 AND 14 of the monthly sign-in calendar. That sounds like a nice setup for the sign-in issue.
  20. Well that's a relief... For a second there, I thought I just saw a red Interceptor that was asserting dominance over Zarkares.
  21. It's possible but it's extremely difficult if you think you can get there without premiums in general. You can thank the Combined Storage Unit for being E-M and the Combined Engine Unit (and friends) for being L-M-ly powerful.
  22. Nightmare is in a torso family, which is a group of torsos that are similar in appearance and stats but have stat altercations based on their element that cause them to be different from other variants. Hollow Spectral Armor is essentially the balance between Rusty Energy Armor and Fractured Armor... But people hate it for being balanced, so they went to the FHA and flipped the bird to HSA while giving REA a slight slap on the wrist because today's meta requires HP and Cooling. ... BUT that is just my opinion. Feel free to correct me and/or avenge Archimonde. Merged Extra An addition to what I said about Nightmare in case you didn't know how torso families work: If Nightmare gets buffed, Interceptor and Sith are likely going to be buffed as well since they're all suffering from the same issue of being low HP rucksacks. Oh, and the same applies to HSA... If Hollow gets buffed, the two thanos torsos are gonna have to get buffed to avoid potential favoritism claims
  23. This alone got a laugh out of me because it caught me off guard. I also thought you said "Holy shit these stats look outrageously OP.", which comes to show how immature I am when it comes to cursing as comedy. Or I could simply say non-premium since that's pretty much the title given to all non-wallet things... No, that's not snarkiness speaking.
  24. People have also talked about Nightmare, though not as much as Windigo and the Vests, but definitely more than Naga. As for Nightmare, it's basically taunting Zarkares with its similar stats yet way lighter weight... As if the R-M torso was looking for a way to become Zarkares Meta 2.0. Although, I could perhaps make a topic for Nightmare as well, if that would put your mind at ease, your highness. Wait... Do you prefer the title of "Lord", "Highness", or "Supreme Overlord Titan of Mass Genocidal Destruction"?
