Hey Pilots!
Welcome to the new Steel Titans Tournament!
Important:
You will all receive a brand new, special account which will have a certain level, boxes and other stuff needed for the purpose of the tournament. You do not use your own accounts. The account will be banned after the tournament. Please do not attempt to share your passwords, trade or anything similar.
You can participate ONLY ONCE in the tournament. Meaning you cannot make multiple accounts or applications. One person – one participation.
HOW TO APPLY:
Application and account distribution, as well as posting your mechs will be done on this link: https://community.supermechs.com/knowledgebase/stt-mech-submission/ it takes you to a forum form where you can apply for participating in the tournament by filling in the form with YOUR FORUM NAME IN THE TITLE and ID number in the description. Please only apply once. The form will be open for 5 days, until Friday.
IN THAT FORM YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS. Before the account distribution begins, I will ask you in your form to let me know if you still want to participate and receive your account. Once the distribution is done, you can then just check your form for the account details. No players can see your submission.
You will have a week to make and test a mech and when you are ready, post the final mech in the same form you created when signing up. Please do not create multiple applications. After the mech posting time is done, you can no longer edit the mech. Your mech in battle must match the one you submitted in the form.
The rules:
Since we had both heat and energy, this tournament is going to be all about physical tier. Here are the instructions:
Make a mech using items up to a level 1 epic or below.
All weapons, torsos, legs and specials must be physical type.
You cannot use two weapons that are the same!
Modules can be energy, physical or heat.
The next items are forbidden in the tournament: Tonto, Frantic Brute,
The tournament is a usual knock-out structure, you will be assigned a pair who you will fight and the winner moves to the next round. You have about 48h to do your battle, it's up to you and your pair to schedule it.Please post the replays in the thread with other details like who fought etc, so we can make sure everything is okay.
The rewards:
1st place – 2000 tokens + 9 paint kits of choice from the shop
2nd place – 1500 tokens
3rd place – 1000 tokens
4th place – 500 tokens

It was a tough decision, we had a lot of good art and it wasnt easy to pick the top 3 but those are the rules we set and we must follow them :)) I want to congratulate and thank everyone for participating, I hope you had fun. I also want to use the chance to invite you to participate in the future competitions as they will be happening again.

Attention artists! We have a new art competition - energy weapon edition!

What I ask of you is to pick an energy weapon of any kind and improve it the way you think suits it the best. Im again giving you the full artistic freedom to do with the weapon what you like, be it redesign, decoration or any kind of change you'd like to see on it. You can use any program that works the best for you, even hand drawing, but not the AI!
Please dont post old sprites and dont take someone else's work.
Participating is as always, posting the art in this thread. You have 2 weeks starting from today!

Or instead of asking someone random who might not know the answer, you can simply try checking Frequently Asked Questions on forum for example: https://community.supermechs.com/knowledgebase/faq/how-can-i-recover-my-account-r8/?tab=comments#comment-308
FAQ often has answers to a lot of your questions, if only you'd read it
If it doesnt, emailing support is also a good option that will provide you a 100% correct and the most important - safe answer. Trusting a non reliable source can easily lead you to problems, even lose you an account or damage your privacy etc.
Stay safe and dont give out your details to anyone!

We finally have the majority of builds, but some of them are not valid, I left a comment in those applications on whats wrong. Please fix it if you want to participate, I will wait until tonight (5-6 more hours) in case they do see that and do something, but after that I will write them off and post the fighting pairs.
I believe it wouldnt be fair towards anyone to wait any longer while you had the deadlines and everything posted ahead.

The time should be over yes, but only 11 out of 36 people who applied on time posted their builds.. I guess we should give some more time, lets say Monday? Does that work for everyone?
Also, please check your builds again, I noticed some people added teleports to their mechs, which are not allowed as they are energy and not heat items.

I see that majority of people didnt post their builds yet, and we have like 3 hours until ''Saturday noon''... Do we need to extend this deadline or what?

No upgrading as always. The whole point of no upgrading arena shop is to have more fair chances.
Please do read as theres a small change, I ask to put the forum name in the title and ID further down. (This is so I immediately know who applied, like your name is the subject of it and not a random ID number among other 50 applications with again ID numbers
, I simply take less time finding you and matching your account etc)
Yes, just Riot's tutorial is from the previous tournament where I didnt ask this but rather let people decide what they put where. I just learned its much easier for me to find everyone with their forum name as thats how you are noted in the first place.

Another edit: If you already applied with the ID number as title, dont apply again! I will figure it out, just dont make it become a habit of everyone.
Its really a small ask but means a lot to me xD
