just talk about what held a torso down for being top tier
for me archimonde,zarkares and sabertooth they are so heavy quite simlair to weghit in to monkeys armor/cyber armors torso may have stats doesnt justify the weghit like monkeys and cyber aromrs have high HP but no bulit in resistance
the battery armors are known to be bad due low regen/cooling because no one knows how to use them they have decent stats
for torsos that cant transform to mythical i may make topic for it

I'm not expert, telling my honest opinion.

I'd max lightning vest, dawnblaze and supreme cannon.
you have nothing for range 2 so it's gonna be a problem, but I think eventually you'll get a magma recoiler.
