Did you provide proof to google play explaining that SM support told you to contact them about a refund. Another alternative is to have support contact google play on your behalf. I can understand from the perspective of Google Play, that they don't want people scamming them and just blankly stating " I want a refund" and keeping all of their in game shit. If you can get that type of confirmation, things will run much smoother.

I somehow blew through all 5 of my "better rewards" for arena battles in 1 and a half minutes 😄

I COULD do something.... called hacking and deleting their accounts and permanently proxy-failing them by IP from using the website.... but of course i'd run the extreme likely risk of getting sued or charged (legally).... so all we can do is keep complaining

So I've run into this bug, and created a video demonstration of what happens to my energy when I use a pickup
(Posted it to YT since file is too big, so if you're viewing this right when I post it, the video may still be processing anything above 144p)
 

It wont be dead in a year I can guarantee that, people in middle higher ranks still buy offers, so this game still makes a decent margin of profit. However, in a year, if they didn't update the game properly then it will be less popular and profitable, to which they will be more "encouraged" to make some changes.

The game's under a lot of serious bugs right now, and I wouldn't attempt to log in until we hear word from administrators about the game being stable again. Rest assured, I'm sure if your tokens have actually disappeared they will attempt to reimburse you, because it happened during a server downtime.

Check other threads, its on Supermech's end. All we can do is wait.

Yep, game's back, arena crashes game, so please don't attempt unless you intend to restart the game
