Support ignores/never responded to my emails

Question

About a week ago, I made a post about my failed transaction, taking my money without delivering the items. At first, I tried asking google for a refund but the purchase "didn't qualify for a refund under their policy". I then decided to contact support so that I could get the items that I paid for. I sent all the proof including the receipt and transaction ID, and they responded by telling me to contact Google Play (their last email was 4 days ago) for a refund, to which I explained that it was not possible. They wouldn't even tell me if I could have the items sent to my account, ignoring all my emails.

I had no choice but to contact Google Play. Again, no refund, but they sent me the direct app developer info and told me that within 2 days, if I received no response, they would report the problem. I sent an email to BOTH the support email and the the one Google sent, and guess what, NOTHING. This is absolutely ridiculous for the state of the game, I know the game is not doing well but I cannot even get something as simple as support.

I adressed this problem to Google Play since it's been over 2 days and the developer will likely get reported. More than a week is enough patience for me over a few bucks. I feel scammed and extremely disappointed in the current state of the game.

Did you provide proof to google play explaining that SM support told you to contact them about a refund. Another alternative is to have support contact google play on your behalf. I can understand from the perspective of Google Play, that they don't want people scamming them and just blankly stating " I want a refund" and keeping all of their in game shit. If you can get that type of confirmation, things will run much smoother.

First, I did tell google play support that SM support specifically told me to contact google for a refund. And again, they responded, the answer is no. Second, I stated that SM support refuses to respond to my emails. The easiest thing for them was to send the items to my account, or hell, at least tell me that sendingt the items is not possible and that I needed to contact google play. I didn't even get a REPSONSE. Like I said, their last email was nearly 5 days ago. I think things would'e gone smoother IF they had responded.

I honestly did not. They said it was the developer's end that is responsible for refunds. But hey, I'm open to alternatives. I just want to get this over with. I'll try sending them the proof and keep updating. But still ridiculous how they just wouldn't simply respond to me.

I had the same problem and I didn't get my money back or items I've purchased 

I contacted support adding screenshots of the transaction and still didn't get anything
