I think look at the META, there's already some good energy free configs in there:

in my opinion, the seems really good, just maybe swap one of the disintegrators out for a different weapon if at all possible?  The range on your mech seems hard to manage

This is meta, but not a counter.

Use monkey. More weight-efficient then EFA.

I've given up on trying to understand "counter" because when I posted EFA elsewhere, two high ranking players were like, "That's a counter."
